Hi Josephine I wil give an update soon . It reduces the hair 90% the berry looks better than before. It hasn’t disappeared it lighten up ! There is a chemical peel treatment I am looking into to help lighten the dots

Find someone with diode laser takes 10 min and works on dark skin.much faster than the old yag laser. Im dark skinned on my 2nd session. Legs are waay smoother but the dots are still around so far...we'll see what haapens next few sessions
