Oh, this is my favourite one so far, I absolutely love her. I felt so angry years ago because of the things Charlotte went through, but she's an incredibly strong down to earth woman with a beautiful heart. I'm also lucky to live in beautiful Wales. Thanks for this one Rob x

As a fellow Welsh musician, I have to say it was a delight to listen to two of my faves having a good old chinwag. Haven’t been through Rhayader in a few years either, so I might take a trip to see the new project!
I have family near there. Love the road through the Elan Valley to Aberystwyth. There's some good walks with views of the dams, they look great when overflowing.

Fabulous informative interview. Genuinely relaxed exchange from two people who have never met. One can learn alot from Rob about celebrity interviewing techniques! He gives his subjects the time to answer and takes a proper interest in the answers, too.

In a lovely homely way reminds me of the lady who does Falconry and Me on CZcams (with the very clever talking Raven).
I remember about ten years ago when Charlotte did a song on stage that was quite avant-garde: really excellent performance; quite prog-like. It reminded me of the very early '70s art rock scene.
She seems a delight. Of course, she has a lovely, soft Welsh speaking voice, but also that lovely laugh that i don’t think i’d heard before. And charmingly unpretentious, for a wealthy person who has a man to set up her Zoom calls 😊

With music, i consider it as musicians telling a story to the listeners, "have you considered this, as well?", if it involves lyrics. Either way, it paints time.
And it only takes a a minute or three, if it's one track.
As a listener I can invest as much time as I want as it "only" takes a few minutes.

whilst i get what you mean it certainly isn't for me, however i have learned over many years not to be judgmental of others.
it's a well known fact that changing the way you use your brain can have direct benefits on the body, not just the placebo (and the nocebo) effect but also stress hormones, blood pressure and other areas.
it's what meditation is all about.
