    I adapted a street puppy 3 months ago and when puppy raised that became very aggressive and started to bite my neighbours and fighting with big dogs and one day street dog bited my puppy and became mad and started to bite my family members and i killed my own puppy 😭😭 and now i can't live peacefully and regret is killing me 😭 because that puppy had right to live 😭. I am sorry 😭😭😭 i will never forget this incident in my life .

    While listening to you today i felt like its my childhood incident . My father once use belt and made me bleed and blue marks on my back . I actually bunk the school. After that he felt bad and feeling unwell. I brought water for him . He cried then hugged me tight. Next day he gave me money to watch the movie again .. and said never bunk from school always let us know before going . That was the last time i got beaten by him . Never again . He is no more in this world but i know always he loved me alot . Anger is bad i agree . But parents are loving . I miss him now . Love u dad for making me stong ❤.

    whatever you can't control just let it go. You can't control your thoughts,so just let it go. If neg thoughts come,face it,tolerate the anxiety,after 10 mins it will automatically fade. But if every time you dispute it,replace it with positive thoughts,it will promote OCD cycle. So just focus on your day to day work with mindfulness. If thoughts come,Don't resist,don’t replace with positive thoughts again & again,dont enteratain it considering a fact. Just let it come & it will automatically pass.. .. Thanks kashika mam for your teaching.
