Ditto! But if literally any very pale person says a foundation is those those things, it might actually work for me. NARS's Siberia is my closest match I've found, and I don't know of anyone else that shade works for.

Your skin after taking a nap tends to look better because your body and skin sort of rejuvenated itself and your body temp goes down. So whenever I accidentally take a nap with my makeup on and wake up, my foundation tends to look more beautiful and dewy rather than if I went on with the day without taking that nap.
Taylor can you please do a concealer for humans who have a lot of fine lines in under eyes. Also my undereye has driest skin.

I’m 40 and I’ve tried every concealer out there and my fav is the IT cosmetics and Flower beauty. I have fine lines, dark circles and dry skin.

Jennifer Autry I really like the formula for the Flower beauty, but I am very fair skinned and their lightest color is way too dark for me. They need to expand their range drastically.

Hey Taylor! I've been to 6 different cvs stores looking for this foundation and finally found it at store #7. I had a $4 off coupon and $7 extra bucks so I had to get it at CVS to get it free.
Fair porcelain seems to match me well.
Rebecca M talk about a savy shopper. Do you have the original It Cosmetics CC cream? If so, do a comparison and see if you think it’s a dupe. I do and many of those reviewing it have also said the same here on YT. If this is a drugstore version of the popular It Cosmetics cc cream, people will save themselves a lot of money.

If you are relying on her usual swatches to see if the lightest shade will work for you compared.to other foundations, it is a disappointment, yes. Being snarky when someone points it out, that's abhorrent.

I use IT Cosmetics CC cream and I just started using this foundation and I LOVE IT. Lasts quite a bit through the day and I only set it with a light dusting of powder (fit me powder)
I picked up this foundation when I went on holiday because I needed one to match my fake tan and I'm shook... this foundation makes your skin look so healthy and glowy !!

110 porcelain is my best shade match ever! I have yellow undertones though so if youre neutral like taylor it might be a bit too yellow for you.

@@Patti-1962 im combo normal/oily tzone with dry undereyes. I had a hard time getting a good shade match in the cyo the 101 was always sold out and didnt look quite right undertone wise so I think i ended up getting 103 and lightening it with LA girl. 105 in the Loreal freshwear is pretty close but could be warmer. I have very atypical undertones because I am very fair without sun exposure but my undertones are yellow and I tan SUPER dark!
@@nataliemanis203 Sorry I missed your comment😬 My Walgreens doesn't even carry CYO, so I buy it online and have it shipped to the store. (save the cost of shipping) When I was much younger I also had combination skin and would get very dark in the sun as well! Now that I am 57, I have much drier skin and the sun tends to cause dark spots on my face!

ALI BUZZELLI their shade range still sucks though. Even Cover Girl is making more of an attempt than Maybelline is in 2018/2019. Cover Girl seems to think many people are straight up orange though. Their Elixir formula is perfection, but the orange thing ruins it.

I love me a tinted moisturizer! And concealer. My skin doesn’t do good with foundation I’ve never been able to find one that works! I have a dozen sitting around and I reach for tinted moisturizer always
Ronnie-Lynn Dolan I've definitely given up on "coverage" and settle for "less red" so I'm on the hunt for a tinted moisturizer that's light enough for me since anything more just looks patchy and weird on my skin 🤣

I dont understand the point of tinted moisturizer as a stand alone product...add a little bit of your favorite foundation to your favorite moisturizer and its the same thing! I do that all the time. My favorite tinted moisturizer combo is the loreal freshwear plus the ordinary NMF.
I think this foundation is really nice! It worked really well for my mature skin. I always appreciate how thorough you are when reviewing foundations.
Being a Redhead, with green eyes, I am comfortable in grungy colors 👍. If you do an extended wear on this, I hope I dont miss it! This has a chemical sunscreen as well as denatured alcohol.

Another youtuber I watched that reviewed this foundation stated that even though this foundation claims to have 50spf that it does not have the 2 main ingredients found in sunscreen, she suggested to still wear SPF under this!
I bought this foundation and it smelled and feels like sunscreen. Shiny and coverage is low/medium at best.

Janet Carrion I have that foundation and it looks good on the skin, but it is the WORST to clean out of a beauty blender. The oil clogs the sponge and makes a paste, it’s nasty to clean out. It always leaves my skin hydrated, lasts long, and it never broke me out, but for some reason it’s just nasty to clean up.

@@laur8961 i tried it on oily skin before I got on accutane and it was a disaster, heat and humid florida plus oily skin & this foundation did not sit well it looked Like my skin was melting lol but now I have normal to dry skin and have yet to use it plus its still ridiculous hot & humid in Florida.
I have very dry skin and the Josie Maran Bibrancy founds is my holy grail. It never lets me down. Always looks fabulous. It’s easy to apply. Took my a few tried to get the best application method down. For myself anyhow. I find using my Marc Jacobs The Seamless paddle brush applied it quickly and leaves a streak free even application. I will sometimes smooth over it with a beauty blender. It’s very hydrating and even after removing at the end of the day my skin looks and feels soft and clear. I get a full 10 hours without needing to touch up. After my normal skin care I use Josie Maran face butter which is fabulous by the way and then top off with Marc Jacobs Invisiblur Coconut Face Primer. Once my foundation has set I use the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray and I’m good to go. If not full coverage. I would say low to medium but it’s buildable. However IMO looks better with only one layer. Hope this helps!

This is my new favorite go to every day foundation! I’m obsessed! I have to mix 2 shades because of the undertone of my skin but I don’t even care because I just love the way this looks on my skin! I have combo skin and have to use a pore filling primer in my t zone but then I get a solid 10+ hour wear out of it!
This foundation did amazing on my 61 year old dry/normal skin.
I love this foundation, the palest shade is finally pale enough for me and I love how it can be built up to full coverage. Tried this with a few different primers and and setting powders and looks beautiful. But if you work at a place that has the heat on in 105 degree weather heat no foundation looks good, but it still had a glow on my face after it sweated off my face. Its supposed to be a dupe for the it cosmetics cc illumination (tried and loved but still too dark after white foundation mixer) and it's very similar to me
went for a hike in this foundation (don’t ask🤦🏼♀️) and it looked goooood!! It stayed on really well and after a while looked like a nice Dewey and not oily at all! And it was super easy to remove! Love iittt!!

Just bought this foundation and used it..knew you would have a video on it...I love it you do have to set it it has a beautiful coverage I wouldn't say it's full coverage but it blends out great and feels like I am not wearing anything!!!! Let's hope it stays all day!!!

110 is perfect for me and we have a very similar skin tone. I love this foundation. I was looking for a new summer foundation and IT cosmetics CC is just to expensive. But this is damb good. I even feel like this could be a good beach foundation if I use it lightly mixed with extra sun screen.

Melissa Leeds I just hate that between that and titanium dioxide are the two most popular sunscreen ingredients in foundation and moisturizer. It could be a great quality sunscreen, I’m allergic to it either way
Ugh. Me too! Avobenzone too. I try to just stick to mineral sunscreens now, and if you get a chance, check out Etude House, and also Sun Milk. Zero cast, super light and I love them!

My skin is normal to oily/combo and I love both....it will come down to finish preference! The maybeline one is slightly dewier. It also feels much better on the skin like im not wearing anything. I stipled it on with a stipling brush and it looked flawlesssss.
This is gonna sound weird but the loreal one wears longer but I like the way the maybeline one wears off better. The loreal one lasts and lasts but once it starts to go it feels awful and looks like crap and I csnt wait to get it off. I wore the maybeline one for 13 hours for a really crazy day yesterday without touching it and it didnt look terrible at the end and it didnt feel heavy and makeupy like the loreal one at all....but it didnt look PERFECT for as long if that makes sense.

I learned today how valuable the Catrice setting spray is. I tried Maybelline Age Rewind foundation and it was a hot mess on my face. It was patchy and sank into every single pore only face. I didn't have time to start over so tried the setting spray, and like magic, my face looked flawless. Thank you for talking about it as your holy grail which convinced me to buy it. It took a few months before I could get my hands on a bottle because it is so popular, and now I know why.
There are CZcams videos about this, but the spf 50 only protects against UVB rays, (the one that causes sunburn) one of the filters in the foundation protects against UVA rays (the one that causes aging) but it has a very narrow range - they're able to claim that its broad spectrum but it's almost entirely UVB protection exclusive :(

The SPF in foundation will not give you sun protection, unless you put on a HUUUUUUUGE amount and not overly blend it. Sunscreen has to form a solid film over the skin and of a certain density to to it's job. SPF in makeup is not meant for protection even though it says it is. It's there for those who are too lazy or won't apply SPF and it's also there to slightly increase the area up from your normal SPF underneath.
I saw one influencer say it didn't have the main 2 ingredients to have good sun protection. I need to study up on that because I haven't heard a lot about "main" spf ingredients.
I have the shade sesame and it matches me beautifully. I use NYX angel wings primer underneath it and set it lightly with a translucent powder and then it lasts all day. I think I prefer this to the L'oreal freshwear now 🤔

It works wonderfully for me with no reaction at all, and I've been sensitive to a few different SPF products in the past (not many, and strangely all Clinique)! I might try it if I were you.

The bourjois healthy mix serum foundation in 51 (I think/lightest shade in the range) was the perfect shade of yellow for me, but it broke me out so I had to stop using it sadly. Nars also breaks me out so I can’t use any of their yellow foundations either

Can you try the Dior Airflash again, after Accutane it looks amazing on my skin after my Accutane experience and I want to see what you think. I'd also love a series of old foundations you've already tried but tried before Accutane and didn't like them and see your opinion now 😭

I ordered as well from Amazon and surprisingly it was cheaper than Ulta and shipped in 2 days. It does have a SPF scent that is a little annoying & I'm not sensitive to scent. Love the video!

honestly as long as a brand releases a decent gradient of shades I don’t really think it’s that bad to have only 16 or even less shades. its a lot of money wasted if the product ends up being a flop and you produced 40 shades right off the bat. idk just my opinion, it makes more sense to launch it and test it out, and if it does well then add more shades. I know people being mad at the tarte foundation really started this but that was because it was like 15 light shades and 3 dark. now I feel like youtubers just try to look good and if it’s not like at least a 30 shade release they act like the company is being horroble when in reality it’s just better to be cautious when you don’t even know if people will like it. ok, rant over🙃
it was a surpriese for me too that the lightest shade is too light for me as well so I mixed it with my Ordinary coverage foundation and I really like that combo!
