Teaching idea: I find lots of people don't really understand warm vs cool tone (I'm NOT talking about my partner, I swear it). But it would be cool if you did half your face in very warm shades and the other half in very cool shades, just to show the difference. What do you think?

I think this is important. I wish makeup brands took this a little more serious because sometimes I’ll pick up a “cool tone” foundation and it’s still too yellow. It looks so wrong. I like Mac and Makeup forever because they have so much variety, but they’re still up there in price for me.

I don't travel by plane much, but I do spend about 18-20 hours on a train occasionally, and my skin hates it soooo much
It’s dry so your skin sucks in oil and makeup. Check out Lisa Eldridge video about skincare for flights

“I’ve gotten compliments on my skin in real life” that’s me with the Catrice HD foundation! I never thought I’d like that foundation but it blew me away the first (and every time) I used it 👌🏼
Is it matte? I want to buy it and probably mix with moisturiser but I'm afraid it'll be drying on my skin.
Same question as Bunny! I've always wanted to try that one. I LOVE the Catrice concealer!
Bunnny Rabbbit i would say it’s more matte than dewy but not a drying matte. It’s a natural lightweight matte. Underneath the foundation I wear my spf moisturizer and usually the elf putty primer.

I seriously dont understand how someone could watch Taylor, and not fall in love with her! Shes so genuine and sweet and she truly gives you unbiased, honest reviews! I ALWAYS use NARS liquid foundation as my contour/bronzer and it’s nice and glowy without being too glowy, and adds coverage!
It is all about the base, which you’ve shown successfully here! It looks natural, glowy, but still put together. I like the subtle eye look too.
I just got that essence primer like a month ago roughly IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL. And I've love the Revlon pore reducing primer for years now.

The one person on CZcams that I trust 100% when it comes to products, and how they perform. I can honestly say that my makeup collection is almost all "Taylor's favorites!" Have you tried the No.7 Lift and Illuminate Translucent pressed powder? This is my last attempt at trying affordable powder before giving up and going high end!
Your natural skin tone is so beautiful. The freckles are so youthful and wonderful. Watching you cover it up with such a pale foundation that covers your freckles is almost painful to watch. I would love to see a foundation-free makeup look where you just spot conceal and let your skin shine through.

Random reason why I know the term Cupid’s bow. In a book about instruments and lips. A good match for a flute player is someone with full lips and a dominant Cupid’s bow. I remember looking at the picture, looking at my lips, and saying, “yup, that’s me, I got this.”

I only really travel on a plane for work and conferences, so I do wear foundation when I fly 👍 I use very moisturizing foundations and I never really break out afterwards (not any more than usual)....
Yes, I do wear foundation while flying.
I have very dry, mature skin and it's not any more dryer while I'm on a plane, nor do I break out.
I just returned last night from a long flight.
I usually use Revlon Color Stay because it's long wearing. This time I took Revlon Candid foundation because it's a smallish tube that packs easy in a smaller makeup bag. I wore it 15 hours and powdered my tzone once before landing.
I have rosacea and powder alone doesn't cover enough, plus I don't want to keep reapplying powder on already dry skin.
A good moisturizer and foundation works well for me in this situation.

My skin hates most powders and foundations have always been tricky. I’m so freakin thankful for you and your videos because almost everything you recommend actually works on my skin too.
My all time favorite highlight is by Laura mercier, the matte radiance baked powder in highlight 01. OMG!!! ITS SOOOOO GOOD! Honestly it reminds me exactly of the candle glow powder. I'm gonna have to try that now.

Revlon came out with a new pore reducing primer that’s just as good or even better than the pink one!!!! They kill it with the porefilling.

I have to wear full face makeup as a flight attendant but loathe wearing anything when I fly on my own time lol especially long haul flights. I make sure to use a makeup wipe as we take off to clean my face and put on a heavy moisturizer. And I carry a hydrating face spray to use throughout the day to use wether working flights or flying for leisure. Omg I actually ordered the foundation after seeing you liked it. I was a bit worried bc my skin is oily, not dry but...it still looks beautiful and lasts surprisingly really long.
I wear makeup when I travel. I use a combo you talked about once: Pixi rose flash balm and no7 foundation drops. I add NYX born to glow instead of the maybelline one you mentioned in that video. I think it was a 10 minute makeup look.
Hi sweetheart. Sorry your going through Thi s health issues. My sister in law is going to Mayo Clinic in February. After suffering over 10 years from a wkcomp back issue with infection, they are taking her in to help her. Hope you get help too. She is going to Rochester Mayo hospital in February. I had a sinus surgery, and had polyps removed too. I'm so much better now after Thi s surgery. Hope you will get your prayers for better health answered with the Mayo too. Sincerely. Mary in Tx.

I just wear concealer under my eyes, brows and mascara when I travel because family wants to see me and take pics right away lol
I loved that fresh and fit, but it was breaking me out so I had to give it away. 😢 Hope you’re healing well- sending lots of love! I got into makeup a few years ago when I had to be on steroids and it gave me really bad acne at 30. now I’ve been off of steroids and after 2 years off it has finally cleared up- but I still love to play with makeup and watch videos. I don’t wear foundation on planes because it tends to break me out when I have it on too long, but I do like to use a thick moisturizer and some concealer. I also was to say how much I really appreciate that you always list every single product! Xoxox

Try looking up and then tapping your creasing out before going in with powder, if you powder right after it sets your creasing. I have the same problem but this has really helped me ❤
