I can relate to this song because depression takes some much out of me. It's like some of the time nobody understands and people will never actually know what it feels like. This feels like St. Ides or something... It's really channeling the motivations I feel he's had forever. Which is a good thing. It's like it's the same old him, which is perfect, because it was him that that created everything that's made him so far. Thank. You. Macklemore. We met in a boardshop in Calgary once, and my friend told you to "get some hiking in" as you were leaving.
