I have sarcoid. At this point it has mainly affected my parathyroid/hypercalcemia. No serious issues with lungs but there is granuloma. I have CKD resulting from Sarcoid/Calcium toxicity. Was on presidone for a few years. And hydroxyclorquine for four years. Got off it for fear of eye issues. Are there any new Rx alternatives for auto immune/ anti inflammatory that won't potentially ruin my eyes or liver. And of course CKD. Thanks
