I tend to fall off when I’m stressed out and things have been extremely stressful lately (that’s why I didn’t post for a couple weeks) and as usual I turned to food for comfort. Hopefully we have things back on track and I can get back at it and do better! I also hope to finish this blanket this week too! Hey Gina! You are rocking the diet! Your meals look outstanding! D and I are on a no red meat diet. We grilled turkey burgers the other night. I’ve had them before, but he had not. He really liked them so there’s a win for us! 😂the black bean brownies look fantastic. The puppies are so adorable. I hope you have a happy week. I love you!!!

Honestly Dinah, I don’t think these would be low carb friendly. I guess it would depend on how low carb you are trying to be though. I’m seriously going to see what I can work out though because I think I’m going to go back more toward the low carb diet because it worked so well for me…I’m struggling on this Mediterranean diet so if I’m going to struggle, I might as well have some good weight loss to show for it! lol So stay tuned, I’m going to try to do a low carb/Mediterranean hybrid diet! 😬🥰🥰

I do! I take it in Gummie form now. I found a really good brand on Amazon. I have been attack free for over 3 years and not restricting any foods!
