    Amazing video! What if you are wanting to pull from a specific row rather than an entire sheet? How would you generate from the single row?

      Microsoft Power Automate for Excel (appsource.microsoft.com/en-US/product/office/WA104381701) allows you to trigger flows from an Excel spreadsheet. That can be a great way to select a row and run the flow.

    This is super helpful, I was able to replicate the workflow. I need help how to run this flow for specific rows in excel? Will be great if you can assist on this.

    Thank you so much!!! Its exactly what I needed to do.
    I have a question, how can I create the conection with Adobe PDF Services? I mean, when I call the action "Generate document form word template" it asked me about some info that I cannot see during your video, like Id organization, Secret client etc.

    Hi Ben. Love this video. I'm running into an issue with my Adobe PDF Services connection. Any thoughts or work arounds?

    Hello Ben, Hello Adobe. Thanks for the good work. I have a question: How can I just upload a word template that has been agreed upon and has the specific signing field into power automate, convert it to pdf and send out for e-signature. I don't want to use the tags and shift to other applications like Sharepoint because I am working in a model-driven app?

    For Adobe Sign, will it work on Free Trial? Or just on License one?

    • @AdobeDevelopers
      @AdobeDevelopers  Před 2 lety

      Yes, you can use a free trial or create a developer account.

    I have a date column in the excel sheet which I have tagged in my agreement but the formatting doesn’t carry through out the process rather I get an output of random numbers. Can you please help?

    Except the doument generation add in , is there any other way to create document by inserting the tag?

    • @AdobeDevelopers
      @AdobeDevelopers  Před 2 lety +2

      You don't necessarily need the Document Generation Tagger in order to place fields into the document. You can simply sign the document using the {{}} tags (www.adobe.io/document-services/docs/overview/document-generation-api/templatetags/). So that means that you can author documents on in Word, Pages, OpenOffice, Google Docs, so long as you generate a DOCX file. There is also the ability with PDF Services to convert HTML to PDF if that is more helpful.

    Awesome. I have a table in the word file with questions and have to either tick yes or no based on the data in xls. Is it possible to tick a checkbox as I couldn't find any solution online?

    • @AdobeDevelopers
      @AdobeDevelopers  Před rokem

      No, we don't have a really easy way to do that. To get creative, I would probably do something like have an image included in the data and populate a checked checkbox that way or something.

    can we use alternate action instead of the : Generate document from word template?

    • @AdobeDevelopers
      @AdobeDevelopers  Před rokem +1

      If you are referring to Adobe Acrobat Sign, it can take a variety of file types such as PDF, Word, etc. So you don’t have to use Generate document from Word template to pass content to Acrobat Sign, but it is a valuable complementary tool.

    Can I add this to my React website, where I can generate bulk documents in my website itself ?

    • @AdobeDevelopers
      @AdobeDevelopers  Před rokem

      Adobe Acrobat Sign and Adobe PDF Services does have APIs to allow you to integrate with your own app. See here: developer.adobe.com/document-services

    Hi Adobe, I am trying to send signatures for a document that is already prepared. There are 60 documents that needs to be sent out to 60 emails. How will I do that? Thanks!

    • @AdobeDevelopers
      @AdobeDevelopers  Před rokem

      Hi Ralph, your best bet is the "Send in Bulk" feature which is part of Adobe Acrobat Sign. Within the web UI you can upload a spreadsheet of each of the emails along with the different documents and it will send a copy to each one of the people in the spreadsheet to sign. You can also do this using Power Automate by iterating through a list like Excel or SharePoint list and send an agreement.

    • @AdobeDevelopers
      @AdobeDevelopers  Před 2 lety

      No. Documents, after they have been signed, are sealed with a digital certificate and cannot be altered.
