Yes, you can. I am hesitant to try doing one side, letting it cool, peeling off the paper and then the doing the other side separately - worried that something may happen to the first side when I heat the second side . But, if you plan ahead and tape the designs you want on each side so they are totally ready in one go. Then sublimate one side and then immediately flip it over and do the second side, it should work. I couldn't plan that far ahead - lol.
