Sadly, Amber Heard is untouchable, as was proved again and again. After all of her perjury and lies in both the UK and US trials, nothing at all happened. In fact, she got a very lenient sentence and kept her "pledged donation" of several millions and now living a great life in Spain.

I saw this woman on the TV / CZcams was either CourtTV or Law and Crime network during the trial, and she was described by those news people as being the few Amber her supporters. They showed no one else supporting Heard by the way.

This sounds like criminal case, not civil case. Resulting in something else than just monetary settlement if proven guilty.

Whatever happened in the UK after the US trial? UK said that they were going to charge her with perjury because she lied on their stand when she went to court in UK before she went to court in the US.
Police will only take a report if some aspect of the incident happened in their jurisdiction. Otherwise no one agency would have all of the pieces - there is no central report sharing system. They would be referred to the FBI in most other cases.
It seems that AH really believes that any publicity, even bad publicity, is good for her career.
