We are so used to fixing typos and unfortunate spellcheck fixes that we don't even see them half the time anymore, our brains are wonderful things indeed. It always makes me remember the study of how if you get most of the letters right even if the word isn't or if most of the sentence is correct with a few not the majority of people can read it as if it was correctly written as they read it not just depending on using context to figure out what the words were supposed to be but actually able to read it as if correct.

The appeal document just proved she is wrong 1) the trial was in Virginia, so Virginian law applied 2) she had an independent counsel (barred in Virginia) agreed paid by NYM, her own team pushed him away 3) the trial concluded she defamed JD with malice, so intentionally (malice also worked in California) 4) she was found guilty because she lied about being abused, not because of the insurance not paying a lawyer it did not approve 5) she should be happy only being sued to not being reimbursed, not for insurance fraud

She doesn't owe him anything now because he settled it for 1 million rather than pursuing the whole judgment. I wish he had collected, but I can see why he would just want to be done with it

I would have thought that her agreement with Johnny to accept the $1,000,000 as settlement instead of the 10,000,000.00 she owed would have language stating that she agrees with verdict as a condition of owing only one million instead of ten million. A redo of her lawsuit, would nullify the reduced monetary agreement.

Her narcissism simply doesn't allow her to let go, especially not to eat up the mess she's brought on herself with her endless lies, twisting facts and cheating. 💁♀️ I would be very surprised if the verdict was incorrect. Fact is, in her entire life ALH has never had to take responsibility for her actions. So it's no wonder that she behaves like a defiant toddler who wants to get her own way, who's completely resistant to advice and insists on having her will enforced. Well, even if ALH is an unemployed good-for-nothing who offers for money her shabby face in some devoted tabloids and, besides lawsuits and appeals, has no other notable leisure activities or talents, it can be said that at some point the options for appeals are finally used up. Unless she sues her current legal team that is representing her in this appeal. 😏 Imo she'll keep playing this game until she's either actually bankrupt due to her many lawsuits or she's declared mentally incompetent.
