The thing with the fixed links. Most people who upgrade to adjustable links will end up either having them badly adjusted (uneven, or simply a poor camber) or they'll have it very close to what the experts at HPI or Losi have decided is best for most surfaces! The fixed one is far stronger and lighter, so it's a better solution for 99% of people. It's just RC snobs that poo-poo any car without adjustable camber because all race grade cars have them.
Here is a tip. You can’t assume threadlock by colour alone. Example: I have red Muchmore threadlock which is medium strength. 2nd tip, write down the intensity on the bottle with liquid marker. The stickers fall off or fade over time. And then you don’t know what’s in the bottle
Yes bro, here's a tip for you. In your bash bag, carry a tube of super glue, just in case you have a loose grub, it will do until you get home and can you cann use heat to loosen it up the same way as threadlock. ✌️

I picked up an mt2 a couple years ago. Haven't ran it yet. What's a good wheel & tire setup you like? The tires that came on it are too tall for my liking. I want to stick with stock 2.2 wheels.

thank you bro!! This is my fastest HPI Nitro MT btw, I've had it to 49 mph on the stock setup a while back, in RWD only though.

Those stock losi links do have a steel rod going threw the center core of the rod its not solid plastic there tough

@@nomusicrc LOL. I wound up using the LOSI metal dogbones in the rear. They are shorter than the stock plastic ones so I had to compensate by putting fuel tubing inside the diff outdrive cups on both sides. It seems to have worked and I have 4WD again.
