Having owned the Trophy 3.5 Buggy in 2012 I felt it was time to get my hands on another car from HPI. Introducing the HPI Trophy 4.6! A 1/8 Nitro Truggy with HPI's F4.6 (Force .28) sized engine. In this video we get the car out of the box, set it up, and start it for the very first time!

Hi, TheRcBiker i had once asked a question on one of you videos of asking what nitro engine would be able to fit in my rc car. The started engine it came with was a GS11r Kyosho engine. But after that I had put a OS max 12cv. i would love to hear back from tou

Hi Victor! I'm not familiar with the car you have but any engine of the same size would fit in. You might be able to drop a .18 engine in too

First of all thanks for coming back and doing all these new videos, been watching your videos for many years now and Learnt so much, The best well explained and step-by-step tuition on CZcams 💯 I have got this truggy for 5years now and still love this thing when I get time to use it, if it wasn’t for your channel I would have lost interest due to problems that come with nitro cars but but your channel has taught me a lot and now I’m able to teach my friends also thank you so much for the work you put in, and I don’t normally comment, respect and keep them coming, 👊🏾💯

Personally i prefer xray xb8 2017. I had a 3.5 but it was so bad and flimsy i put it in the bin and go a xray. The handling is so much better and more durable than the hpi.

    • @TheRCBiker

No I've never heard of that... clutch shoes become less effective as they wear down, they don't need to wear in as such, especially if they are aluminium ones
