The movie Love Me Tender (which this song is from) is beautiful. I highly recommend it.
Great times back then - even most men didnt mind their girl being kissed by such a legend - I had heard back in the day he only kissed the prettiest girls, but dont quote me on that. But what a performance legend, he had the voice, charisma, looks, and stage presence we havent seen since.

His older stuff was great-my fav was -jail house rock....and many more.grew up with elvis. Nice reaction..as always👍👍dan. Ps-in the ghetto. I know a woman who was at one of the concerts there in 1970 one of the shows just like what you just seen the first time she tried to get a kiss from Elvis it ended up not working so she had to go back right away and she got her kiss. And it's hard to tell her right seeing your wife or girlfriend kiss any man especially a huge celebrity, but watching your girlfriend or wife gifts Elvis Presley that's on a whole different level.

It was known for being a bit of a goofball. He probably could have been in comedian or a football player in another life but he was interviewed once about this performance and he said that he just felt like the fans were sincere and once you realize that your fans are sincere, you have to honor that and I really think you felt that way in a very simple way. I don't think he really wanted to kiss all the ladies I think he just felt like it was the best thing to do and you can see was having a good time. What a goofball but how talented was he oh my God.
