Afew things you forgot to mention.
1: You need to use the highest value Granum Crown.
2: You don’t actually need 75 kills in the Granum Void. Only 25 are necessary.
3: The Xoris isn’t actually needed either. Any reasonably strong gun will suffice.
Fair points I'll pin this, I did forget to mention that the zenith crown is needed, good news if anyone is reading this in future, you also get the zenith crowns from this mission, so its self sustaining at least :)
Wanted to add this to the list.
Thralls/Hounds will continue to drop Requiem relics even if you dont need to stab them for murmur progress.
Stabbing the thralls/hounds will continue to draw the ire of the Lich/Sister. You can see your progress on the Lich/Sister status screen as a bar filling witb red. The more filled the bar, the higher the chances of the nemesis spawning in your mission.
Definitely need that Granum Void cheese method so I can farm base Protea quickly.
MR23 and i still havent touched it ty for this maybe ill get around to doing it..maybe
Glaxion and other cold based weapons are getting a 100% crit damage if they can apply 10 cold stacks in a reasonable amount of time.
This Saryn Fashion is ridiculousely good.

You're not alone there :P lr1 3600 hours. Got something like 6 or 7 kuva weapons. No tenet weapons. Coming back from ANOTHER big hiatus though so. Take that as you will :P

I think it's the one protea prime brings "Rhoptron" prime

It is important to note the difference between extracting and aborting the mission!
You should extract from the mission! Complete the mission normally, otherwise the tenet weapon will not cycle out of the pool of available weapons (Same thing with Kuva weapons)!
Can you have a Sister and a kiva lich at the same time? Im assuming you cant right?

Never bothered with liches. Not because it's hard....or tedious...or brain melting. No. It's because of that fkin necessity for Railjacks!
