@@glorycastillo5379 Just luck. There are so many victims of these techniques. One should never treat the cervical spine with so much impact. There are other soft methods that can help with a lower risk of causing craniocervical instability.

Ariels fears are warranted though. I know too many people with chronic pain issues CAUSED by bad chiropractors. My friend is a physical therapist and she says 1 in 10 of the people she sees are in pain bc of a chiropractor.
This, 100%. Especially since, in my state, you don't need any license to be a chiropractor. Dr. Trumpii is an actual doctor, so of course they're comfortable with her, and that's good! But most chiropractors don't have any sort of degrees in medicine at ALL. Which is, uh, scary
THIS. I wish the try guys used these recurring videos to try and educate people about the pros and cons of this kind of treatment, and the “evidence” behind adjustments and chiro, especially since Ariel was so hesitant at the beginning. That being said, it’s great that Dr. Trumpi said she wants to give patients strategies to self manage so they don’t have to keep coming back
Chiropracty is not real medicine, it's not supported by science. It doesn't cure anything wrong with you, it just feels good. Watching people do it is very entertaining though.
I attended a clinic when I was in college, and yes, that's true. Once, a case blew up, a big shot's daugther ended up dead so they kicked them out of the country, including those who made custom insole. All of them got scared and I received my x-ray files back as they're no longer can open the clinic. Different method tho. I was in good clinic with heavy-related to machine and not getting crack this and that. Lot of patient with results. Still upset it's closed due to malpractice and they used that card to kick all of them :/ (damn bxtch sure, I was getting better and only less than a year but suddenly it's ruined ### can't help but still annoyed as it has positive influence and benefit for me and other patients in the clinic I visited)

And all of these moves that you see Dr. Trumpi doing in this video are called joint mobilizations and physical therapists are licensed to do them as well. And they do not have a medical degree. And neither does Dr. Trumpi, she has a doctorate in chiropractic medicine.

A note for everyone who sees this and thinks they can do it to their friends.. remember that she's a trained professional. You can actually really hurt someone if you do this and throw your bodyweight into it without knowing what you're doing. The TikTok trends with people "teaching" these mobilizations to the general public can actually be very dangerous.
One time a friend wanted me to let her boyfriend crack my back. Like bear hug me from behind, lift me up, and crack my back. I was like "hell no, you know how many nerves are back there? I could get paralyzed". Not saying Ariel doesn't trust Dr. Trumpi but that's probably what she was scared of.

It’s so nice to hear dr. trumpi say she wants to give her patients the tools so that they only need an adjustment once a month and won’t have to keep coming back. I’ve been to a chiropractor in the past that wanted to see me 3 times a week which is ridiculous. I
I go about once a month now. At first it was definitely more intensive, they do 3x a week at first and gradually reduce how often you come in. They do this to ensure the adjustments can hold. Especially at first, the back doesn't like holding the adjustment.

It makes me so happy to see how much more comfortable the Try Wives are becoming with being on camera (Even if Ariel has been Queen since very early on). Especially Maggie and Matt but like, it's really delightful to see them all vibing when we know this isn't their thing. And I'm genuinely grateful they're willing to do things like this. And Becky, as always, is the funniest.

Nah, I doubt it would be better. I can personally back sensodyne sensitive relief toothpaste. I have a hole in one molar from grinding my teeth and it’s the the only thing that stops that sharp pain from my nerve being exposed

I’m not anti-chiropractor, but you should pick your chiropractor well. I have a chronic problem with my neck due to a car wreck decades ago. Several years ago, due to stress, it flared up badly, and I could barely turn my head. My mom talked me into seeing a chiropractor she had seen after her own car wreck. On the first visit, she did adjustments, and I got about 50% better. I saw her 3 more times. At those visits, all she wanted to do was use one of those activator tools instead of manual adjustments. It did nothing. I kept telling her the manual adjustments helped but the activator tool was doing nothing. She kept telling me to give it time. The only other interest she had was in hard selling me an overpriced pillow that my cat now enjoys. It made my neck pain worse. The final straw came while I was in the waiting room, and they were playing an anti-vaccine video. Nope, not the place for me. Finally had a therapeutic massage where the therapist massaged out each knot in my neck muscles, and I recovered. Too bad massage is not covered by insurance.
Omg same with my chiropractor. The 2nd time i went, she stopped doing manual adjustments, which i was confused about. When she didn't do the manual adjustment, it really didn't do anything for me...
Maybe if the massage is under a chiropractor but it was covered but under a chiropractor. I’m sorry you’ve had a bad experience with them they’re great when you find one that really does the job for the joy of helping someone not bc they’re in it for the cash grab.
I’ve started doing the “putting my shoulder blades in my pockets” thing, it really helps! Especially as an artist, you just need to pause, and check your posture.
