  • Custom tube chassis building and 350 small block mods with propane injection are featured in part two of Ian and Jessi's trail rig that's built almost entirely from used parts lying around the Tech Center. Plus... fire and water don't mix when Ian burns up someone else's mud racer during a trip to the Mud Bash in Smoke Run, PA!

    Its cool how they did a running tally on the build. But whats not taken into consideration is the mega dollar benders used. As well as other specialized tools.
    This build would’ve been more informative had it been done within most home shop tools in mind. Like crappy HF pipe benders.

    Crazy to think those giant tires were only $450 each.

    You got two months bills just in tires and wheels for me. No way I’m wasting money like that

      I'm just thinking how much hp you need to turn those massive tires. A leftover v8 ain't turning 40s.

      @@bmstylee it all depends on what you want to do with it if they are just gonna rock crawl with it that 350 will work fine their are guys out their running 40s on Toyotas with 4 bangers making maybe 90 horses its all about gear ratio but if they wanted to do baja or something like that i agree not enough ponies

    • @bmstylee
      @bmstylee Před 3 lety

      @@reaper136969 true. I'll hold judgement till I see the gearing and t-case selected. It's not a road vehicle so speed isn't exactly a high priority.
