Let's Say, two-wheelers for example: 10% applicable on ex-showroom price of two-wheelers less than 1 lakh (12% if the price exceeds 1 lakh) But Ex-showroom price of the vehicle is inclusive of GST charges, which is 28% for engine capacity 350cc). How can the RTO'S OF TAMIL NADU charge Road Tax on EX-SHOWROOM Price (already GST is applied on the vehicle cost) wouldn't it be DOUBLE TAXATION (Which is against the Constitution)? Why is the Government Looting the people's money through double Taxation? Please pin my comment. I need your opinion.
