It sucks there is literally nothing here no motels no big box stores no Starbucks no Lowe's no hospital hell no Walmart I live in Bruce just about everybody I know goes to DeFuniak!!!
I really don’t understand why there’s no hotels here. They are closer to the beach than DeFuniak Springs, so they could definitely charge a pretty high room rate during the summer, but not be ridiculously expensive like Watercolor or the Pearl. ($200s range). I think this would be a great investment.
@@Saturn_Pawz Freeport will never be a real City until like DeFuniak it has its own police and fire department and code enforcement instead of relying on Walton county a second governmental agency for subpar protection!!
@@Saturn_Pawz Freeport needs its own City police and fire department and code enforcement like DeFuniak has instead of having to rely on Walton county a whole other government body for services and protection and when the hospital is open it will be located in DeFuniak which is close to Freeport but it's still not in Freeport!!!
@@Saturn_Pawz I don't know what Freeport you're talking about but you're not talking about Freeport Florida Freeport does not have it's own municipal Police or fire department the city contracts with Walton county for public safety the sheriff's department and Walton county fire and rescue DeFuniak the only city with its own municipal Police and fire department!!!
