To pop the lens off easy. Open the door and unscrew the 2 Philips heads screws above and below the door hinge. The lens will fall right out once you have removed the grill side nut.

Thanks mate, used this to figure how to replace my headlight. The grill clips you can actually pull them out and place them into the grill then clip the grill into place., much easier this way. Thanks mate.
