- We came across this property on our way to our local donut shop and knew we had to do something. After checking out the property we noticed a city violation posted to the fence, it stated that they had until July 8th to get the property back to decent or face an enormous fine. We worked for around 7 hours to finish the front so we hope you enjoy the video. Jess and I are continuing to work in small increments to avoid overworking in the heat thank you for your support!
Be on the lookout for the backyard video over the next couple weeks ! see ya there!

❤What’s your favorite section of the videos to watch?
Edging and tree grooming.
@Jayyslawnobsession Hey Guys you should be doing a 2 part property. Front one video unless the yard is stupidly small then I wouldn't do the 2 part video. Then Backyard is a separate video from the Front in order to give you more content AND more time to get things looking awesome. Then once you have all of this stuff down and you are used too doing this in this manner. Start a second channel re-edit your previous videos and then repost them on the second channel BUT in the re-edit speed up the videos and maybe do voice over commentary.
Jess has come a long way in how much she is able to help, very impressive! Great job, guys!
Yes, be careful not to get heat exhaustion or heat stroke. Better to break the work up and take it slow. Stay hydrated!!!😊
My husband and I are old.
We take two chairs around with us n stop when we hurt. Quit when we need to. Set goals that are attainable. Our yard may not be what it use to be but its nice.😊
You & Jess left a great model for the homeowner with one section at the time, technique, & proper equipment. Great job.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING OUTCOME. YOU ARE SMART TO WORK AROUND HEAT .HEAT EXHAUSTION IS NOTHING TO MESS AROUND WITH. ❤❤❤❤❤
You and Jess do what you have to do to stay safe out there. Completely understand. Great job as always. God Bless you both.
You definately NEED to do this in early morning and STOP at least, at NOON on these hot days .. your HEALTH if not worth the job
Great job guys! Jess does a fantastic job with her trimming and edger skills. I don't blame you for wanting to beat the heat. Stay cool and hydrated. The back yard has a lot more shade than the front which will make it a little cooler.
Entirely a brand new look! What a difference. Forgot to clean fence from vines. Thank you. 🌹
I have such admiration and appreciation for guys like you! You are a bright spot in today’s mean and awful society. Keeps my hope alive!!
Thank You!
When you mow the grass it looks fantastic and the grass knows that you are the BOSS lol 😅
Please watch the heat. Take care of you. We are here to watch anytime. 🥰
You both really did an awesome job on this property! So much grass everywhere! It's good you're not working later in the day when the heat gets worse! Best Wishes to you both! Looking forward to the backyard!
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE, well done😊😊😊
Wishing you all to get better.Becareful in the hot sun.🙏😇👏👏
HOPE YOUR CHANNEL GROWS GROWS GROWS, BEAUTIFUL JOB
Fantastic transformation you both work so well together
Loved the side walk edging. You guys did a great job there. God bless.
Great job. Jess needs to wear a hat. It will help with overheating. Also a trick I learned a long time ago was a wet hand towel draped over my neck. Helps the the body stay cool. Also lots and lots of water with breaks in the shade.
Cleaned up beautifully. 😅 Enjoy the July 4th holiday. 🇺🇸Your Oregon Viewer.
It looks so much better. No doubt the back will too when you can get to it. You have to be careful in that heat Jay and Jess
It looks super awesome!! Stay safe in that heat! 🎉
👏👏👏 Excellent job❤❤
We love ya ll too! ❤
Very nice job on the front yard, eager to see the results of the backyard. Just stay hydrated and take breaks.
Don’t make your self sick, take your time no matter how long it takes is okay. Your health is more important.
Excellent work!!! BRAVO!!!
You need a bucket to put that edging in stop all that back and forth with the shovel!
As soon as i saw the grass catcher on the mower, I hit subscribe.
Nice work Jay and Jess looks great so far
Absolutely love yall. Stay hydrated and yall are smart doing it the way you are. This heat is no joke.
Front yard looks great, but the backyard wow you're going to have a heck of a job.
Looking fantastic great work guys ❤❤❤😊😊😊
Tough grass, it just didn't want to give up. Pesky bricks, better to get rid of them so the next guy doesn't lose a blade or mower on them. Great job.
Great job enjoy the video have to be careful with the heat God Bless Ya"ll
Fantastic job, looks amazing 🙌🙌🙌🙌
My favorite part is the moving
This is hard work & in the heat it's nifun. I suggest you invest in a wheelbarrow to cut down on all the back & forth to the truck to dispose of all the grass & dirt you shovel up.
Awesome job guys! Can’t wait for part 2 but good idea to break the job up keep well
Awesome job 👍❤️❤️
Looks great , good job .
On hot days get a hand towel pour cool water on it .put it around your neck to cool. down. Got to be carful in this heat
❤ YEAH considering how this HEAT has been Wreaking HAVOC on the 4 State area especially this year, your MUCH better off to do these lawns in 2 part episodes on normal yard's and if it's a bigger one maybe even a 3 part, just NOT worth getting a HEAT STROKE over doing a video or yardwork, But The front looks EXTREMELY NICE and it does look like Jess is getting more comfortable with ALL of the equipment which is really good, and she can relax a little easier now 🤣😂🤣 CYA you guys Next TIME 👍✌️🚜🚜😎
Awesome job!
You need a plastic trash can to put the clippings in so you don't have to make so many trips to the truck and back.
Great job the front
looks great
Nice work!
yOUR Doing an AWESOME JOB Just work on your editing . There is a learning curve ? you will get there . keep your head up
Great improvement. Backyard should be somewhat easier do to no edging. See you on next video.
Hi there guys you both did a brilliant job on this garden 🪴 I can 👌 see way you have to do it in two parts I sure 👌 will be as beautiful David 🤞🇬🇧❤️👌👍
Definitely better splitting it up. Thanks for the video.
Very nice ❤😊
Hi drink water and Gatorade and take breaks in between cut the grass great job.be blessed 🙏
good job .
That really was a mess! 😩
🥰
💚👍👍👍
Nice
When you do the back you could 2 towels and extra water and make them wet and put around your neck and headprotection like a hat or a cap and nice job with the front
It would be more efficient to use a garbage can and bring that to your truck instead of making a bunch of trips with just a shovel full.
Hello ! Great job ! But, where is Jess’s hat ? 😢
Why don't you get yourself a bin would make life much easier. YOU ARE DOING A BRILLIANT JOB WELL DONE ❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
Jay, you do beautiful work 👏, I don't want to see beautiful Jessica getting I'll, take your time 😊
I don’t know about where you are, but here in PA it’s been high 80’s and low 90’s every day, and it’s only June. Maybe you should invest in the mowing gear that a lot of others wear. The shirts and pants are specifically for being in the sun. Also a couple of igloos with water and Gatorade. Take breaks. Sun exhaustion and heat stroke are no joke. Coming from an old lady, your health is important.
We have been keeping lots of water on us. Milwaukee sent us some long sleeve work shirts that are moisture wicking. We are doing our best moving forward to beat the heat.
Those moisture wicking shirts will definitely help. They make pants to I believe. I know Fills, TK, Midlife Stockman and more wear them. Please continue to be safe out there.
Good job, why not weedeat vines off the fence..😊😊
❤🥇🤛🏽🙌🏼
✨🏆✨
Why isn't Jess wearing a hat? It would help a little at least.
Battery power is what's killing ya all in the heat to weak having go over and over areas multiple times.
That’s a good idea you have take small amounts at a time don’t kill yourselves
How you like that Ferris .
Lot of power , 23hp Briggs. Love the Donaldson air filter. Kinda cold natured though
👍🇰🇿🖐🎉
Did knocked on the house and ask permission or was no one home ? Didn't see it
This house has been abandoned
Please do not over heat yourself for these videos. We can watch them in 2 parts.
Ok job. Why don't you guys buy a tarp or wheel barrow or get a trashcan. You waste alot of time running back and forth to your truck. You are also working harder running back and forth. Work smart not hard!!
We’ve been discussion the idea of a wheel barrow. We previously used a garbage can on a regular basis but the can is heavy when it’s full of dirt and grass.
