This video is pure gold. Kaye , I have a question, about TM your propietary method, would I need to actually do all the legal process and pay to get the trade mark ? Or is it just adding the TM symbol😈 😂?
I’m not a lawyer, but my understanding that as soon as you start using a unique name commercially, you can use the TM designation. If you want it to be defensible, then you’d need to file the paperwork so it shows up in the trademark database. Consult an IP lawyer to be sure!
