Star Wars Battlefront 2 has come to an end, at least as far as new content update goes. Yes, many iconic Star Wars characters are still missing as heroes and villains in the game - characters like Ahsoka Tano, Asajj Ventress, Qui-Gon Jinn, Jango Fett, Padme Amidala, Jyn Erson, Orson Krennic... the list goes on and on. Yet EA says their "vision" for Star Wars Battlefront 2 is "complete"

Battlefront Knight you know I would bet 1 million That dice didn’t do Capital Ships for CS because they knew their deadline back then and didn’t tell us tell last moment because they knew the outrage that it would bring with everyone knowing in advance that this would be the last update which was lack luster

This game still has a lot of potential to add more characters they don’t have to add more maps or game modes but just add new characters to help the game feel fresh
I think EA really does suck. They really do. This game was having some of its greatest content drops and then the Celebration Edition sold ridiculously well, and then they cancel the game. Why don't they cancel their stupid Galaxy of Heroes and make a real game
Edit: To be fair, Galaxy of Heroes itself isn't bad, its the micro transactions that really kill it.
Someone mentioned that the crash site of ahsoka’s venator is one of the moons of bogden, where jango was recruited by tyrannus. Ended where it started.

So, what we have learned from this Video is:
-EA is stupid
-Star Wars Battlefront 2 still isn‘t complete

Plus EA has included characters from Disney Wars. I rather have Mace Windu than Kylo Ren or Ahsoka instead of Rey.
The Grey Pilgrim well ray and kylo are fun as hell plus there the two main characters of the sequel era. Hate the sequels as you may but the hate for the movies have nothing to do with how they play in game. They could have added them in general while having the sequel era.
Ahsoka, Mace, and Ventress would've been additions that really rounded out the prequel heroes/villains.

i hoenestly think that a season where ashoka and ventress were released alongside each other as they kinda have a rivalry through clone wars especially at the end and they both use two sabers

The problem is that they're trying to have an even number of characters in the Prequels, Originals, and Sequels. But there's nothing good in the Sequels, so they have stupid stuff like the Nazi version of BB8. Meanwhile; Ahsoka, Durge, Mace, Ventress, and tonnes of Legends stuff is gone. If they cared about what the fans wanted, they should have just ognored the Sequels and put in Legends eras; the Old Republic and New Republic.
Old Republic with Satele Shan, Jedi Revan, HK-47, and Meetra Surik for the Light and Darth Malgus, Darth Nihilus, Darth Sion, and Vitiate for the Dark Side.
New Republic could add Jedi Leia Solo and Mara Jade for Light Side, plus a Grandmaster Luke skin, and for the Dark Side they could have Darth Krayt, Darth Talon, and Darth Caedus. Also have some Vong warriors as Enforcers for the Dark Side.
People would want that, but Disney wouldn't ever allow it. They have to keep pushing the Sequel trash down your throat, but using the good movies as Trojan Horses to get it there.
Now I don't know if you know this, but plo koon has a rare Force ability called electric judgment which is basically the light side version of Force lightning, I think plo koon would be a very good addition to Star wars battlefront 2 and if they introduced plo koon, they would introduce the first ever light side character that uses a lightning ability.

keep in mind ea has most likely planned years into the future and knows that if they want to make a battlefront 3 by a certain time they need to end support for Battlefront 2 at a certain time. and if this was it then this was it all we can do is hope the next game has all the amazing maps,heroes and features we wanted in this one.

They could have done a “Clone commander” hero: you could choose between skins for Cody, Rex, Bly, or even arc troopers (Fives, Echo), or the bad batch, and it would have been so epic. So much missies opportunity on EAs part

I could imagine the Moff Gideon fella with a vitro sword ability, a health recharge and rapid ammo charge ability, and maybe a explosive type ability? It could be a good addition, but now I think I described Captain Phasma
The thing is, for every hero you add, you need to add a villain to balance them. Ahsoka and Ventress are quite similar, so adding them together would make a lot of sense. But who could you add with Windu? Maybe Savage? What about who to add with Qui-Gon? Pre Viszla?

Qui-Gon would’ve been sick. Could’ve had a mind control similar to obi-wan, uses a force push often and when maul separates him and kenobi during their duel.. Qui-Gon meditates. This could’ve made him unique with this being an accelerated health regin maybe?? Idk wish they kept working on this game here and there. I love it.

I feel like on the topic of Grievous he would have had a 4th ability where he can detach his arms and have 4 instead of 2. Your probably asking “is it just for show?” No, when you have all 4 arms you will deal increased damage per hit but you will also drain more stamina per hit. So you can have the choice of dealing more damage or less and draining less stamina or more.
Grievous already is a character with high damage hits but low stamina, especially with his sith trained star card, I don't really see a point in intensifying it even further.
Still find it odd that Disney infinity (a game with characters from all Disney things) manages to have more Star Wrs characters than battlefront, a game about Star Wars

There is a lot they should do in battlefront 3 that I’m not going to get into, but as for the hero’s they should add Mace Windu, Ahsoka, and Qui Gon for the light side, and asajj ventress, moff Gideon (with dark saber), and just a regular storm trooper option for the dark side.
I always wanted to see Cad Bane. Him and the Jedi temple as a map with a sneak mission to steal the holocron could've been a cool limited time game mode with 6 players total.
Cad would've always been a cool bounty hunter to add to the game. Although he shares similarities with other bounty hunters, his jet boots, pistols, hat always seemed cowboy esk.
Another bounty hunter like Embo could've been cool. Or the Sniper girl from the one time Cad and her worked together.

I had a dream last night that they released another maul skin for free and they were bringing back updates, sadly it was just a dream..
I also came up with a really good idea for a Cal Kestis character: His (Xbox controller buttons) his LB or the one I front of the block/aim button, would be a lightsaber throw that u could get a card to have two throws since he does in the game the RB or the button in front of the shoot or attack button would be a force SLOW not freeze a slow with a card to increase the amount of time someone is slowed, and the LB + RB would be the dual lightsaber attack from the game, and he would be the first ever character to be able to switch between single and double bladed lightsaber
Maybe the lightsaber throw ability could instead be BD1 healing him instantly?
I just realised that we got the privilege in Germany that Almost all the Star Wars characters are spoken by the same voices in any game, audiobook, series or movie

Great Video!!! I Love This Game So Much, But it is missing so Many Iconic Characters from The Clone Wars that would've been Absolutely Incredible In This Game and it's a really Big missed opportunity.
Might just be me but I think it would be cool for some of Phoenix squadron ( Kanan, Ezra, Sabine, Hera, etc)
I remember *15 years ago* when *Battlefront II* launched with Jango Fett, Windu, Aayla, Mundi, Obi Wan, Yoda, Anakin, Greivous, Maul, Sheev, and Dooku. Alongside all the OT heroes, of course. But of course that's simply *too much* to expect from a modern game.
Yeah, I get really confused that they've released a game with exactly the same title as the PS2 game which had exactly the same premise. Surely either a new title, or a higher ordered numbering.
But that game was amazing though, and so many playable characters.
Lest we forget that Galactic Conquest is probably the best thing that the Battlefront games has ever done

One of mace windu’s ability’s could be kind of like a Anakins abilities where he kind of swings his lightsaber right down and it deals more damage than normal, but instead, mace windu does that thing where he spins around and swings his lightsaber to the side, if that makes sense
one thing ive wanted for ages has always been a "neutral" class both sides can pick from (featuring bounty hunters, clones and others who dont have any specific allegiance to either side) i hope if we someday ever, ever see a battlefront 3 that can happen

They should have made a generic Jedi “hero” and then give that hero skins for multiple Jedi , they way we could have had all of our favourites without flooding the hero pool with a bunch of similar abilities

I would love if they had a “Jedi Master” character and added a bunch of the Jedi master skins. Plo Koon, Ki Adi Mundi, Mace Windu, Kit Fisto, Qui Gon, etc.
And for the enemy team could have the “inquisitors” team with double sabers and skins like the grand inquisitor etc

Ashoka, Qui Gon and Mace would’ve been the 3 characters I would’ve wanted to see added to the cast. A shame this game stopped getting support from the devs. I just started playing this month and it’s so much fun. Just wish there were more characters/heroes to pick from.
They were literally planing on adding Ashoka and padme but were low on time so that’s where the isb agent came from. She has padmes face and has ashokas stance.

God imagine the potential of like a year map we could of gotten battlepasses including certain hero’s events cosmetics crossovers from the spin-offs ect
maybe even a reskinned leia being padme for example, a poe as han solo would be fine cuz they are quite similar. but like a stand alone qui gon and mace windu or ashoka would be so sick

I always thought that Jango Fett could just be a Boba Fett legendary skin. And when you equip it, it would change the voice and mannerisms to be Jango.

The fact that Jango Fett, my favorite Star Wars character, isn’t even a SKIN for Boba just really makes me mad.
Yeah they really should have had him in the game, all they really needed to do was reskin boba and give him the arc trooper pistols, and they could make it like the Millennium falcon where only one version can be used in HvV and you could use both in bigger game modes
And to further the idea, the Jango version could replace the concussion missile with a grapple that acts like a force pull on enemies and knocks them off their feet, and they could add a fourth ability to him like they did with anakin where he steadily sprays his flame thrower for a few seconds

Jango Fett dies before any battle with the clones, it would be very rare to see him in the fight, there should be a map before the Clone wars to be able to put it
Completely agree. My list would be:
Jango Fett - Westars pistols, flamethrower, poison darts and jetpack missile
Padme Amidala - Her ionic blaster, B1 blaster (from geonosis), probs donning the geonosis battle suit
Mace Windu - ability to deflect force lightning back at the enemy?
Mandalorian - pistol, flamethrower, whistling birds
I remember playing a star wars game in my ps2 where there was lightsaber battle vs AI & there was a lot of characters, good times :(

The Prequels era deserved way more content than what we ended up getting. Where were characters like Ahsoka, Mace Windu, Qui-Gon, Captain Rex?? And where were maps like Coruscant, Utapau, Mustafar??

Cad Bane and Pre Visla would be awesome ESPECIALLY being able to use the dark saber. Hopefully we can actually get the heros/villains we actually wanted in BF3
Yea Pre Visla would be cool if he had a blaster as a main weapon but could melee with the dark Saber like captain Phasma
Looking at some things here do you know how cool it would be if there was some sort of hero escape mode in the game, like Obiwan and Yoda having to complete certain objectives with wave after wave of clones and maybe even droids being thrown at them.
The potential with a mandalorian dlc is insane. Imagine mando and the droid bounty hunter being included.

You would have to edit the Boba Fett skin to make mando, and I think but dont know if there is IG 88 that could be made IG 11.
The only issue is Mando isn't very loyal, he hates the Empire and being a "good guy" isn't really his style either, so him seriously fighting for either side in BF2 would be weird.
EDIT: Especially if he was on the Separatists side, considering droids killed his family it just wouldn't make sense lore wise.

Admiral Thrawn and Plo Koon would be the most interesting additions to good and evil sides respectively.
i still really think Mother Talzin as a hero would be great. More magic like abilities similar to Palpatine while using the sword she had in the clone wars episodes
