If I get you well,you got the 80inches by dividing the hip plus 10 into four folds right? If I’m correct then follow the same for hip 49inches but that will give you 89inches and not 98. That won’t be too much since it’s a free dress.
@@Cinematic-u4n If hers is pencil down, then don’t use up to 10inches addition. For the slit in front, you’ll have to cut the front separate from the back so you can add the slit allowance to the front. I would love to see the picture though.

From the picture the woman sent to me her own is kind of pencil at the lower part.At that front slit part
