Great tutorial, though I've had some of those grinding discs explode on me and usually use cheap steel discs that are covered in industrial diamond dust.

7:00 how do you prevent the plastic from melting while spinning on the axle? it happens to me all the time and I mess up the wheel hub

Just do it slowly, and make the plastic wheels fully insert on aluminum tube it will protect the plastic,

What do you mean inside wheels? The whole tire part?
I just trim the tire parts then put the aluminum tube thats it,

Just let the sanding disk run on that part, dont put too much pressure too avoid plastic burn,
