I agree with him. Matthew 23 was Lord Christ's last disciplinary act towards Israel for not accepting him. The mystery of the rapture was revealed to Paul.

This video is so right! Jesus Christ came for the Jewish people, but they defied him and crucified him. The twelve disciples were chosen for the Jewish people. Paul was chosen by God for the gentiles and the church age began for the gentiles 2000 years ago. Now the church age is coming to an end and we are entering end times. Anyone who choses a life for God and is ready to follow the holy spirit will be raptured up before the great and horrible tribulation. Many people left will be deceived that the anti-Christ is the Messiah the first three and a half years he takes over the world under the deception of peace and security, and then reveals himself, and the last three and half years will be more horrible than anyone could ever imagine.

This is April 6th 2020 now....so for all of the believers who are just so tired of this world....hang on. The worse it gets the closer to the rapture or snatching up we are. And even though the Tribulation lies ahead, we will not be part of it. Amen.

Hi, after years of review I still cannot conclude the timing of rapture. There r very good arguments w all scenarios. My question is Why would God not make this EASY for us to decifier? Why r there no clear & to the point scriptures like "hey church, im taking u out at this point!" Would have been very easy for God to do this. Why would one reference say "coming on the clouds" and the other say "coming on the clouds riding a horse". Why leave "horse" out of one reference if its the same reference? That is VERY confusing. One thing many dont mention is how "immenience" could be expected by any group if we r given a list of "bad things" that we know must happen BEFORE his return at 2nd coming? We would know "he is at the door". But wait, most if us r DEAD by then as AC comes after us to take our heads. MOST of world is the lost at this point right? So its a small rapture then at 2nd coming?
Folks i dont know for sure, its not plain and simply stated in clear unabmigious wording.
So i must conclude ill hope for pre and prepare for post.
Cant believe christ body/bride is going to be beaten up before the wedding...but hey Im not God! Peace believers!

God didn't make it difficult to understand. Man did, in translations. Sometimes on purpose, and sometimes things just got lost in the translation. This is why a good concordance is necessary, to rightly divide the word. God's original word is perfect.

Dear John. To your defense I know that this point of view is very common, but the whole foundation of the Bible is shaken, if we have to decide which verses concerns Israel, and which verses concerns the church. Jesus says in Mark that, what I say, I SAY TO ALL. If God's word to Israel (the Qahal) does not apply to the church (Ekklesia), we will have to disregard most of the prophetic scriptures in the Old Testament and some in the Gospels.
    Who is the bride?
I believe it is the body of Christ!
Who is then the body of Christ?
In the Revelation of John we get a clear picture of who the bride is, when the angel with the 7th bowl of God’s wrath says to John:
“Come I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb!”
The wife of the Lamb is the New Jerusalem, which I believe is the body of Christ.
The foundations of the city are the 12 Apostles. However, it is interesting to see that the entrance doors to the Holy City are the 12 Patriarchs (the 12 tribes of Israel). Everything is the city is built 12 times 12 (144); is that by coincidence?
Is it far out to say that both the old and the new covenant were included in the city, the wife of the Lamb?
    I will answer that question.
It seemed that you meant that the disciples of Jesus (under Law, the Tanakh) were different from the Church (The Assembly of Salvation). Consequently, Jesus had to address them differently than if He had been talking to the Church (The Assembly of Salvation, under grace, the Septuagint).
I hear people say that Mathew was written to the Jews, Mark to the Romans, Luke to the Greeks, and John to the world.
What is the spirit behind saying that?
I am asking because the letter to the Corinthians was written to Corinth, the Romans to the Romans, the Ephesians to Ephesus, the Thessalonians to Thessaloniki and etc. So what is the point?
As previous mentioned, the Gospels were written after the Church (The Assembly of Salvation) had been established, which included the gentiles already.
Jesus personally called out his disciples. Once they were “called out”, they became ekklesia, despite the fact that they only knew about the tanakh. When Jesus speaks to them, he speaks to the church. What Jesus said, he is said to all.
Jesus is the head of the church, but he is also the Lion of Judah (King of the Jews).
Are the church and Israel two different entities?
Much of the teaching, found in the charismatic movement about that matter, was built on the teachings of John Nelson Darby and Scofield, which came out around 1832.
Is the “Dispensationalism” really God’s word?
According to the Dispensationalism Israel under law (Dispensation number 5) and the Church,” the Assembly of Salvation, the Church (Dispensation number 6) two different entities with two different destinies. According to the teaching of the Dispensationalism God interacts differently with people under different dispensations. According to that logic, John Nelson Darby said, that Israel had to go through the Great Tribulation, but the Church, which was under grace, would be spared (Raptured) from the Tribulation.
Is that really God’s word? Is that what is being taught in Esaiah chapter 11 concerning the salvation of the remnant of God’s people?
There are especially two letters of Paul, which bring order and clarify in that matter. The letter to the Romans clarifies the matter when it comes to justification through faith/law, and the role of the gentiles and Israel. The other letter is the letter to the Ephesians, which explains the composition of the body of Christ, the Church, regarding Israel and the gentiles, and regarding the old and the new covenant.
These two letters are the only letters written by Paul alone, and Paul calls the letter to the Romans, his Gospel, which emphasizes the importance of the letter.
    Okay, no more small talk.
Time to look into the word!
    Acts 7:38
This is he who was in the church in the wilderness..
Why did Stefanus, who was saved in regard to the new covenant by faith in Jesus Christ, refer to Israel as the church in the wilderness?
Are there two churches? Two bodies?
Did Jesus ever differentiate in his teaching or his approach to the church as two different entities, one under law, and one under grace?
    1 Cor 12:12-13
For even as the body is one and yet has many members, and all the members of the body, though they are many, are one body, so also is Christ.
For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free, we were all made to drink of one Spirit.
    Eph 3:6
That the gentiles should be fellow heirs (with the Jews), and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel.
    John 10:16
And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.
    Col 1:24
Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body’s sake, which is the church.
    Eph 5:23
For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the savior of the body.
Jesus is the Bridegroom, the head. There is only one way to salvation, and that is through Christ Jesus. Consequently, we can establish the fact that:
All saved = one body = one church
    Eph 3:6
This mystery is that through the gospel the gentiles are heirs together with Israel, members together of one body, and shares together in the promise in Christ Jesus.
It is important to see that we, as gentiles, are heirs with Israel, and not the other way around. Israel is not heir with us (under Septuagint), and Israel is not parallel to us, as I hear many people teach in the charismatic movement.
What is the eschatology of Qahal/ekklesia regarding the promise in Christ. Was that an AD thing? Was the church a new development?
All through the Bible we see that the word “church” (Qahal/ekklesia) is not applied for the new covenant only.
    Eph 3:21
Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end.
Could there be a reason why, the wife of Jesus, the New Jerusalem had entrance gates with the names of Israel under the old covenant? Does throughout all ages include the age of the old covenant too?
Let’s look at God’s holy nation: Is that the church?
    1 Peter 2:9
But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that you should show forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.
Notice that there is one holy nation only, and notice that the gentiles have been called out to join that holy nation.
    1 Peter 2:10
Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.
In Romans Paul teaches that we were once the wild olive tree (the gentiles), but now we are grafted into the cultivated olive tree (the holy nation of Israel).
Paul does not teach that there is a new olive tree called “the church”, which is distinctively different from Israel (See Romans 11:17-26).
    Eph 2:11-13
Therefore remember that at one time you gentiles in the flesh, called “the uncircumcision” by what is called the circumcision, which is made in the flesh by hands - remember that you were at that time separated from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth (Citizenship) of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world.
Please notice that the covenants are in plural!!!
It that a mistake, or does it explain why the entrance gates of the New Jerusalem bear the names of the tribes of Israel (under the old covenant). Does that explain why everything in the New Jerusalem was built on measurements of 12 times 12 (the old and the new covenant people combined)?
Is it really correct when people teach that the two covenants represent two different dispensations, two different entities, and two different destinies?
    …continued
But now in Christ Jesus you who were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
Does the new covenant apply to a different holy nation than Israel?
    Jer 31:31-33
Behold, the days will come, says the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah (the Jews)
Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they broke, although I was an husband unto them, says the LORD.
But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; after those days, says the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
That the abovementioned “new covenant” was between God and Israel! This is clearly confirmed in the letter to the Hebrews chapter 8. I don’t see a covenant outside Israel anywhere in the Bible.
Under the old covenant, the strangers (gentiles) had to be circumcised, and they had to keep the law and participate with Israel in the feast of the unleavened bread. Then they were considered as one who is born in the land.
Has God really changed his principles when the new covenant was introduced?
I believe that if you are not a part of the holy nation, then you are not a part of the new covenant. I believe that the circumcision of the heart under the new covenant, still gives you the right to be as one who is born in the land.
Was it Israel who followed the gentiles out of Egypt, or was it the gentiles who followed Israel? Did the exodus of Israel and the gentiles happen in two different ways, at two different period of times, or did it happen with the gentiles (the great mixed multitude) as one body?
By the blood of Jesus (the lion of Judah) we have been brought near, grafted into the cultivated olive tree. By his blood we have entered the commonwealth of Israel.
One holy nation = one body = one church = one savior
When Jesus was talking to his disciples on the Mount of Olives, he was talking to us too, whether we are under the new or the old covenant.
Jesus must have known that the signs of the time concerned a distant future, and therefore he would have chosen words and parables, which applied to the church and could be understood by others than the Jews at the time also.
There were many of the things Jesus said, which were understood and made clear, long time after his death and resurrection, but that is another story.
    Best regards

Rapture is the time when Jesus comes and takes all the faithful while he is still in clouds. The second coming is the time when Jesus comes with his faithful to establish his kingdom. Rapture is to take away the Church and save it from great tribulation while the second coming is for the judgment.

The account of Noah spoken by Jesus illustrates the rapture scenario. The word TOOK means to sail away,it refers to them on the ark not the wicked.
It’s a type. Those unprepared will not expect it.
The man of lawlessness and the great falling away have to happen first.
The true church will know who the antichrist is and will be ready for the coming persecution.
The rapture will be not be secret, the whole world will know when it happens.
It occurs between the 6th & 7th seal just before the wrath of god on the kingdom of antichrist.
The second coming is 7yrs after the false peace treaty made with Israel.

Rita G. - There seems to be some confusion with the answers you are getting Rita. The Bible is clear in 2 Thess. that anyone who has refused the truth of the gospel during the time before the rapture of the Christian Church or Body of Christ, that they will be not only left behind, but God will send them a strong delusion so that they will believe the lie of Antichrist and come into judgement. There is no second chance for the Christ rejecter. The gospel of Grace will no longer be preached.
However, during the Tribulation period, God seals an elect 144000 from Israel. 12000 from each tribe. They are His faithful 'remnant' which He always has kept down the centuries, even in the Old Testament times. These believers that Jesus is Messiah will preach the gospel of the Kingdom. Different from the gospel of grace. Those that believe and endure to the end will be saved. Many from the nations will believe and have to be martyred for their faith. These are the Tribulation saints who have nothing to do with the Church saints as they will be in Heaven already with Christ. These will be from the nations who have never heard the gospel of Grace and they will be given the opportunity to trust in Jesus and enter the earthly Kingdom reign of Christ. The Tribulation saints will be resurrected unto Life again at the end of the Great tribulation period. They will live and reign with Christ in the Kingdom during the millennium.
So to answer your question. The only way God can save anyone is in mercy and grace. So yes. But only those who have never heard will be saved.

Correct. Once the Tribulation starts you can set the day of Christ's return because it will be 7 years from when the Anti-Christ signs the peace treaty with Israel. So obviously the rapture and the second coming have to be separate events.

Why is it that the ones who are left were not raptured earlier? This is a little confusing to me.

@Vernon : because __the ones that are left behind go into the tribulation period. i.e. wrath of God. that's why only His own get taken during the parousia _ the world won't be expecting judgement. it will come upon them as a snare.

Vernon Steinkamp the reason is because people will continue to be saved after the Rapture happens and all through the tribulation people will still come to Christ
