Does thapar not consider both jee and board results together in any round?
First, you must complete online applications. Merit-based admission is used to select students for various courses. The institute does not pick candidates through entrance tests. Candidates are chosen for the BE/B.Tech programme based on their performance in the class 12 exam or their JEE Main score. Admission to ME and M.Tech programmes is determined by GATE results. For other undergraduate programmes, candidates are chosen based on their grades from high school, and for other postgraduate programmes, candidates are chosen based on their grades from the relevant graduate degree.

Sir this yr thapar has scrapped JEE Mains as their admission criteria its purely based on Boards marks, so what will be the tentative cutoff for CS this year? (outside punjab)
No 2nd round of counselling will be on 5ge basis of jee mains
No admissions will be on jee mains basis also. This happens every year, last year also thapar released such notice but in the later rounds as well as spot round admissions were taken on basis of jee mains

Sir expected cut off of 10+2 PCM in thapar for 2022 For B.tech cse branch
Thapar has three branches in CS .
CS COE and COBS and will have two to three rounds with a spot round and cutoff starts at around 98% and can come down to around 94-96% till spot round for different CS branches at the two campuses
There is also electrical/electonics and computer, which is a good branch

Bro it would be waste of money seriously. Thapar is too expensive and placement in lower branches is not good. Only aim for circuital branches.
