Crush for maids is common. But the way ratna kept her dignity and at the last she excepted her love by ditching calling him "sir" and instead called him by his name is mind blowing.

I had seen the trailers on other channels, just stumbled upon this one here. But SIR is just an amazing attempt. Mind blown away. I guess only Bhumi Patnekar could've equalled what this female cast achieved. But nonetheless just wow.. To be honest I got teary eyed when I watched the trailer. All the best to the whole team.
That's only a trailer. You will cry after you watch the whole movie. The movie will leave in your heart and mind after you watched it. Great movie. A must watch.
Really it's a good film, it's been a long time,that I haven't seen a nice film like this. Always we use see and think of class creed, but it's a awakening, that love is blind, thanks to Director, and obviously proud for Tillotama.

One of my distant relative married their cook’s daughter. Now they are a happy couple. His parents accepted her so it ended well.

Wow, the interviewer really finds the concept alien and unrelatable despite being surrounded by domestic help right from birth in India. Seems like the class system is just as deep rooted with woke generation as caste system was with older generations.

It’s a slippery slope of a boss and a subordinate. I would be careful about crossing these lines cause one may interpret it as harassment. Obviously this movie is very well made and doesn’t cross the line but it makes you think
