I just received my model 3 long range. I installed a set of Carbotech performance street pads. I purchased a set of UPP sway bars. Not able to afford coil overs, not wanting to stress the stock struts travel, and how most of the aftermarket springs don't line up in the boots, i purchased a set of used model performance springs to lower a bit and possibly stiffen? Two questions, am i wasting my time installing the performance springs and if installing aftermarket springs which brand would you recommend for the model 3? I saw the MSS are very expensive.

Griff you are welcome, we appreciate you watching. I think the performance springs are honestly a waste (unless you are installing it yourself and it's no extra cost go for it) I think we have the MSS on like a special sale can check into it with us here at ModBargains (something like a discount temporarily) but I agree they are far more expensive then the other springs (in part due to all the extra's, the engineering and the adjustability that comes with it). You've already done the sway bars. I would say just save up for now, for future purchase.
Nice video. I'm very impatiently waiting for my M3P to deliver myself, I was considering lowering it like this but wasn't 100% sold. Does the ride get worse in any way? I know you said it's more compliant but I'm not sure what that means, since I'm coming from a 2007 Toyota Yaris. I know anything is an upgrade from that but I still want to maximize handling and comfort if that makes sense. Thanks!
Thx for watching, the ride got better, better handling, more comfortable, and more predictable. The MSS springs get the most of the factory setup from Tesla.

Awesome work. I'm local to you guys, here in Diamond Bar, CA. Super curious, how many inches was this model 3 lowered here?
Hi Damien, nice to have a local person. The Model 3 I need to go over it but as I recall was close to 1.8 inches on the track kit, honestly if you own a model 3 these springs are a most they blew me away.

installer didn't read instruction 1:50 had to spin the perches all the way up.. the springs suppose to be in the rear. lol FAIL..
The video clip just cut there. In fact, we had MSS themselves here the day of filming and had us walk through the instructions to make sure everything was filmed correctly. Thanks for your comment nonetheless.
