I love your channel. 🥰🫶🏽 your my ONLY vegan friend. ❤️ Iv been trying so many recipes, last night I made ziti rigatoni, with plant based ground beef, eggplant, zucchini, and colorful peppers w red union, and lots of vegan spicy pepper jack cheese and vegan mozzarella cheese. It is sooo good and I made enough for the whole week.
No one else cares about my vegan lifestyle in my personal life, I know they are so annoyed me telling them what I made every night, so yeah lol. Thanks for reading. 😂🫶🏽

I was skeptical but i kinda love it LOL
When I am trying to use up all of my vegan mayo or vegan ranch, instead of adding water, I add a bit of soy milk!
And it really helps with not watering it down! 😉
Sprouting is super easy, I've done it a few times in the past and all you really need is some mason jars and a sprouting seed lid for them, though you can buy other things for sprouting if you want to do more than just a little at a time. I like using green pea and broccoli sprouting seeds as the sprouts taste like those veggies. I haven't done alfalfa since it's not my favorite.

There are some really super simple tomato soup recipes. I never thought I'd make tomato soup from scratch but now that I have I cannot eat canned tomato soup. It is my absolutely favorite soup.

You could make extra dough and freeze it or the finished product and freeze them. You don't have to batch cool just make an extra portion to freeze for future meal x

fyi, we can purchase instant oatmeal (Bob's Red Mill is one brand) in a big bag, not the little individual packs, and without any sweeteners or flavors. I love it. Last Fall I made Rose's pumpkin pasta. Thanks for the reminder Rose, time to enjoy it again.

you can grow sprouts in a jar on your counter top. just buy some sprouts seeds...there are so many varieties! Just need the seeds, jar and water. no soil needed.

Idk if you have this is Canada, but look for tapatio hot sauce. It is so amazing for tacos or anything really.

Rose where can I find (and do you recommend any brand in particular) vegan wonton wrappers and dumpling wrappers? Square, round, whatever. I’m in London Ontario. I tried Loblaws and Sobey’s here and all I found had egg in them…grrrr. Thanks!
Aw oh no. I sometimes find non egg ones at superstore, which would be loblaws or Zehrs there. But I have to keep an eye out cuz sometimes they only have egg ones. The one I got has 100 in a package so I have them in my freezer right now lol.

The tacos are still tacos not quesadillas it'd be the same if you didn't add cheese. Sometimes quesadillas do have protein and they're basically the same but it has way more cheese and the tortilla is closed! Everything looked so delish tho can't wait to try some recipes out!!
