Extremely noisy and powerful exhaust fans running!

Next to a five guys I heard some noisy fans from an air vent. I noticed there was a parking garage right there so I went inside and found these. Although they are small, these are some of the loudest fans I've ever heard! I had to pretty much yell over all that noise! turn up the sound!

It’s beca the Plates are so light and small and the motor so powerful Which creates blade slap basically like a Tonna homework after excepted spinning so fast that just comes out as I am which creates blade slap basically like what’s on the hook after except it spinning so fast that just comes out as a humming noise
