Please answer this question. I’m sixteen and trying my hardest to serve the Lord but my church has always strongly taught that your first kiss is supposed to be at the altar on your wedding day but I haven’t seen anything from the Bible that says your not supposed to kiss before marriage? So please help me I’m so confused

YEA you dont have to wait to have a kiss its just their personal peference . So yea the bible speaks on waiting till marriage it never says you cant kiss till at the altar . Just dont go around kissing everyone you see still have boundaries. SO yea your allowed to

if you like and trust the person it's ok to kiss them. you're almost 18 so you'll need to learn how to set your own boundaries, make your own decisions for your own life and stick up for yourself with your church and with boys. your first kiss will be pretty awkward so it might take a couple tries to get comfortable with the guy. it's pretty important, though, 'cos if there's no chemistry in the kiss there probably won't be any further down the line.
