When installing it I’m on the part where you have to put the coolant in and on the side where the radiator is it just doesnt fill up it fills up the coolent box up
instead of drilling in the plastic just run the hoses down along the hood where the brp logo in the front is where the rad used to be. if you use black hose you dont even know its there. good video though. i was using it to refrence if i needed gromet on the fan shroud to put it back in the stock spot lol
@@MrBossilini it is tucked away well still. Doesn't leave anything at risk, or at least no more risk as the house going to the water pump already. That one seems line it is in a more vulnerable spot than any other rad hose
I rolled mine and bent the rad relocate and the fan has a hard time spinning but it’ll spin , I’m debating to put rad in its original spot or just buy the rad relocate again . Suggestions ?
I have a 2024 and I ordered a 2023+ rad kit but I think they sent me the same one you got hopefully it fits
nice , how much does a bumper like this cost?
Roughly 750-900 cad
@@LyndhurstXMRMYcan you show us what the bracket you mount on from the old bumper looks like
Do I need to buy any extra hoses? Or will they all reach where I need them to
They'll all reach

Probably because you removed the overflow reservoir at some point so its no longer and airtight fit, try putting the cap back on
@@LyndhurstXMRMY so put the cap on and try and fill it up?
@@ogblze1235 yessir
@@LyndhurstXMRMY sounds great imma get back to ya if it still doesn’t work lol
@@LyndhurstXMRMY what if the fans takes to long to turn off
Damn you got a 1k as well you are def my hero
Not mine lol, my buddies bike!
Do these rattle any on the 1000 xmr? Noticed you had to weld some braces the Wild Boar kit on the 570 xmr to keep it from rattling.
QUADBOSS they do a fair bit, better to brace it before it breaks during a ride, however i run over trees a fair bit lol
Yea they brought my left hose straight up and in the inlet.
Keep em coming.

For lower rad hose or top?
@@janky3409 i did both last time. it may depend on your rad relocate though for spacing.
Exposing your hose like that would not be recommended for trail use

Hey man I ordered the same thing but, does it come with all the horses or just one big hose, because that’s what I got.
One big hose, that you can cut with a box cutter!
U can use tech flex itll look alot cleaner
Do you have any pictures of the bracket you added on the other radiator relocate
Yeah would be very helpful
Love the channel man
Should also clean it all.
Bottle of coolant is lower than radiator?
How you measure level of liquid if bottle on lowest point?
Ive done over a dozen installs like this and never had an issue its an overflow bottle.
Do you know if the inner diameter of the hoses are 1 inch or 3/4
3/4

Buy one again! U less you wanna be married to a water jug everytime you ride!
@@LyndhurstXMRMY haha thx man kinda figured that as well 😂

I bought the canam rad hose kit one sec
Cant find the part number for the hose kit il keep looking

Yessir you sure do
