My life is so stressful. I work 55-60 hours a week and by the time I get home I am exhausted. Watching your videos gives me relaxation and peace. I even begun to carve out time for short walks and hikes of my own. Peace.

When my daughters were young we used to go out on the porch when there was a rain storm or a thunder storm and get under blankets and experience Nature! They Loved it! One of them now lives in Norway and absolutely loves hiking and camping in the mountains!

Other than the sound of my daughter in my arms just after being born, I don't think there's a sound as beautiful and wondrous as that of rain hitting the top of my tarp. I sleep so well during a rain or snow storm. I love that you do not drown out (no pun intended) the sounds of nature with music or other sound effects. It's annoying watching a video and music destroys the ambiance that only nature provides. Thank you, Erik, for your great productions.

Rainy day hikes in the forest are the best. Bringing a tarp along is a great idea, as it gives you a temporary shelter to take breaks under. In my experience the only down side is cleaning up and drying off all of your gear when you get home.

Nice sound, rain and fire (and you chopping or tending the fire). Relaxing and peaceful, as others have said already. btw Perfect location for a tarp setup (natural bench) and a fire. Like your videos because you do not speak too much, only when needed, and you do (mostly) not add music to your videos but lets us enjoy the sounds of nature.

The sound gets me the place where I used to take a shelter from the rain when I was 10 years old boy.
There was no internet, no mobile phone, no expensive camping gears but we were happy with the only sound of the rain.
