    For several days I listened to (and benefitted from) the 5-minute mindful breathing video. Today, with the discovery of this video I see that there are many other videos from Epworth. Fantastic discovery. Thank you for these helpful resources.

    I really like how this is more of an invitation to ourselves to be compassionate and to also become self-confident. "May I be strong, may I be patient, compassionate, may I be loving, accepting, kind and confident." It allows us to become bold and strong when we are ready to be so.
