Whilst James and Will talk about the challenges electricians and manufacturers face from a first hand perspective.

Another good show team. Totally agree on the sentiment of good service and good product gets you repeat business
Thanks Mate! Service is a huge part of our industry because time is how most electricians make and save money. And like James said nothing leaves a worse taste than bad service
Good content here guys. Great shout out for the Electrical industries charity the work they do is incredible. 👌
Thanks! Yea something that I think as an industry it would be great to see more support for
Great show. Electricians are probably the most smartest of all the trades, however instead of embracing the CPS like NICEIC/NAPIT and working with them to make the government change legislation so that all insurance companies must have a valid EICR from a CPS stored on one central database which is linked to the persons carrying out the scope of works for all types property before issuing yearly insurance certificates.
Instead too many of us complain about the yearly subscript fee which in my opinion is great value for money, especially the CPD you can obtain from webinar. This could move our industry to a fully protected Electrician scheme over the next 10 years. just saying.
Thanks for watching! Great feedback as well!
I 💯 agree that the skills within our trade need to be maintained and we have to create a mechanism for increasing the difficulty for non quality electrical people to carry out works
Really interesting points here good to see such an open discussion.
Thank you! Really glad you enjoyed it 😃
