- I've always wanted to visit Monte Carlo after seeing it featured in 007, Iron Man 2, Fast Five, and other movies. But all I knew was that Mocano was home of the Formula 1 Races and it was very expensive. Join me on a day in the country of Monaco and my accidental viewing of a Formula E race.

As someone who actually use to live there (La Condamine)before deciding to return back to my home country. I’l say this, those little studios are really just a “right of access” to Monaco’s tax free haven. It’s like a ticket one purchases.
People (millionaires) buy apartments to get residence because Monaco is tax-free (no income tax).
Went to Monaco 🇲🇨 once as a kid but still remember that tunnel, or at least a similar looking tunnel. I remember thinking the same thing - that it looked like it was cut directly from the mountain.
When the announcer said, "Kiwi" it didn't give it away that he was referring to New Zealand?

Cool video!!! Big F1 fan here, and I loved seeing the Formula E cars. Funny coincidence, I once did a day trip from Nice to Monaco and stumbled onto an historic Grand Prix that they were having the week before the "real" Grand Prix! Yeah, I did go buy a ticket and watched it all. Thanks for sharing!
If you can go to Monaco, you can go to Norway after saving up a little. Foodtrucks here too and the food prices are ridicolous. 😂

Have to admit, the cars racing sounded way different than I imagined. Didn't really sound like "combustion engines" to me, more like an electric train set or those toy slot cars. So that was surprising. But I REALLY liked the little music you added; that fit really well for the slow-mo action. Very artsy! And happy you were able to have even more family with you for this leg or your journey.

Funny thing is that I actually have enough subs to get free passes to many events. I just never ask for them as you have to do it a few weeks in advance and be subject to rules, etc.
