Small world 🌎 I was literally in O’ahu including Waikiki between December 1-5, 2023 visiting for the first time. I was reminiscing how great it was and searched “Waikiki” on CZcams & stumbled upon this channel 😅

Great sunset tonight!
Our taxi Lux Cab of Hawaii showed us a place in the middle of Waikiki, they did a Luau open to all. I think it is called Kuhio Luau Hula Beach on Tuesdays and Saturdays 6-7PM.
Love that show! That’s the hula show only (not luau). Luau is the Hawaiian word for feast so would include a meal. No free luaus (I wish!), otherwise I would be there every night for dinnah haha
While I completely support small business & local 💛, this comment is a bit disingenuous because you're the founder of Lux Cab of Hawaii so you're really promoting your own company as though you are a visitor that took Lux Cab of Hawaii. Hi Mariam! So sorry that you lost all your footage! Grrrr 😡 My sister and I are really enjoying your vlogs. You asked for suggestions for Vlogmas so here are a few:
1. We would like to see a complete walk through of the Ala Moana Shopping Center. A lot of the vlogs we’ve seen in the past are really just a quick walk through of the mall with very little footage in the way of panning around to the actual stores.
2. We would like to see you capture some video footage of any live local entertainment you are aware of, either during the day or in the evening.
3. Lastly, we would like to see you hit up the North Shore and check out the Food Trucks as well as a walk through of that area and what there is to do there. I know that one might be more difficult because you have to travel to get there.
Thanks so much! Some day when you’re famous, we’ll be able to tell people that we knew you way back when! Btw, you looked so incredibly beautiful in your photo shoot video. That red gown was stunning! You looked like a supermodel! ♥️

Used to walk from Fort Derussy to the zoo via beach every morning. I miss the bakery in Waikiki.

@@YestoHawaii Saint Germain. Used to go at closing time too. They would sell everything everyday, so closing time was cheapest bundles just to empty everything.
Aloha Mariam! I have a few wishes to see for your Vlogmass. I’d love to see The Queen Kap let you do a room/pool tour and a hotel tour again. It’s been awhile since we stayed there and we are definitely booking there our next visit. I’d also love to see you do an interaction with a dolphin swim if that might be available. And lastly, I wish you would do a day in your life and what you do with working and free time. I would love to see you do a GRWM and maybe a vlog on cooking with your friends or family. Or decorating your home/tree for Christmas. That might not be the content you want to create for your channel but I really enjoyed when Amanda and Felix Eats brought us into their home life! The more we see the videos of our favorite content creators, it just leaves us wanting to know you more in your home life🌸

I know...such a bummer about the SD card. Spent a couple hours trying to recover the footage but still pretty fragmented so called it quits & decided to go on a nice sunset walk to decompress (and vlog!). Definitely will have to try Steak Shack - it's one of my favorites.

Dec/Jan/Feb is our 'winter' / rainy season. I'd expect breezier weather and some rain.
