Definitely. It shouldn't be removed but ground pound should take the entire Kameo gauge.
It's really stupid how this leads to combo resets and take half of your gauge while goros stomp only does 9% and takes your entire Kameo bar.

You got glimpses of pulling it off in online matches. I'd imagine evo would be primarily scorpions if this stayed in the game

I LOVE how freeform the game is with combos. Its really addicting and so rewarding to keep going for that perfect combo in real matches. They hit it out of the park with this. Its crazy most franchises suck as they get this late in their franchise, if they even make it that long. I really think MK1 is my favorite MK of all time.

If you watch Super's Scorpion video from today, he tries/does a very similar (maybe even the same) combo w/Jaxx as his kameo, & in 1 match he tries to finish it w/a fatal blow but he dropped it... I think if he'd had the timing he may've almost discovered this by accident...
Seems like a dragonball fighter combo. The timing in that game has to be so accurate Its crazy. Standing 1 meter more to the left or right completely changes the timing 🤯
Yeah lots of setups like this with Jax, I use a similar one with Shang Tsung. I think the unblockable will be changed to not pop the opponents up leading to any followups eventually, enjoy it while it lasts :D Game is awesome

@Exchreeme oh no they definately will no question, if it truly is an un-avoidable setup that guarentees a reset for 90% of your health, that will get nixed. Jax cameo in particular has alot of strange interactions with certain characters that arent intended. Thats why they currently lead to a TON of damage.

@@ChreeMK doesnt matter if its hard. Execution monsters like ninjakilla, sonic fox, rewind etc. Are going to be able to pull this off consistantly. No problem. And even if your only doing one loop of thos reset your still doing well over 60%. Trust me, its gunna get removed
@@ChreeMK ive already done it a handful of times in practice mode offline. If i can do it 5/10 times, a pro can easily do it 10/10 times lol.
So this is okay but they nerfed Sub-Zeros 50% 3 meter to 30% 🤔
I use Scorpion/Jax on the online but that combo is sick

Nah Sub Zero and scorpion aren't as good as smoke.

40% or even more for one bar, he has the best mix ups in the entire game he's got great anti zoning, an extremely powerful fatal blow that can punish projectiles from full screen and he's just so good he doesn't even need a Kameo.
None of them are top 3 imo smoke is the best out of the 3 and sub isn’t as good after the nerf and he already wasn’t like number 1.
I've also been playing a LOT but my skill level has been made obvious to myself since Shao players and Smoke players decimate me the most... and sometimes I need to stop using the same getup attack for Scorpion, so yeah. Watching you Diff will help me increase my skill level for the future, or at least teach me something I can try out
Smoke, Shao, and Raiden need to be nerfed, I’m playing Baraka, he’s fun but the overhead is to slow, also his slide should be like sub zeros And he would be perfect

Days to learn a full combo is wild only takes 20 mins to an hour to main someone
I feel like having the characters being user friendly will have more players having fun having a variety to play

Scorpion with Cryax is GOATED, insane chip damage.
After playing for only one day, Scorpion is BROKEN!!! He's so powerful vs the other characters it's just amazing. I'm a Scorpion player. His traditional teleport combo WORKS!!!

Jax is my main kameo, im a kung lao player he has great properties on a fundamental level. Breaking a turtle, combo extention, and full screen reset on his square wave as a combo finisher. Hes my current favorite kameo.
With how damage works in this game with diminishing returns the longer the combo hits, you actually want this to be separate “combos”. It wouldn’t do this damage if it was a true combo

@Diff I've been blitzing through Invasion mode with Havik so I can unlock the rest of his stuff. He's most likely going to be my main but I also have my sights set on Reptile or Scorpion being a secondary.
Scorpion is once again goated it seems.
Seems like its is better strategy having 2-3 reliable combos that don't drop. Especially if the only juggle combo starts with the same button sequence it is easy for opponent to counter it.
I feel like one way you could look at it as a discontinuous combo, plus some mix in it.
I've been waiting for Kameo abuse since I first heard about Kameos. This is awesome
I found a good way with this method to hit 53.5% inescapable by using the air throw. Juggle twice, air 2 throw, Jax neutral on Slight delay, air kick to get over here, juggle to Jax slam, 21, spinning kunai finisher
nice one and I was proud of landing a non full damage johhny hype combo xd this looks amazing I might try scorpion soon :) but for now my own videos are centred on cage for awhile :). Good stuff!.
Depends on who ur playing, some characters can just armour out of it like raiden
you know ive been playing fighterz so much to me 98% doesnt even faze me anymore but then i gotta remember how insane it is for MK games. but nothing will beat mkx kotal for damage I think unless something comes out in this games about how buffs can stack

I found something like this for Havik and Jax in the corner. do a basic combo and end it with torso twist. Call jax in while they are hard knocked down. Jump kick into 1 11bf2ex. use the unblockable into db1, air combo and finish with torso twist and repeat lol. Timing is hard to get down though to break armor.
Super been hitting an altered version of this combo almost with ease now
So coming to this video now and sadly to break this news but you can stop your self from getting comboed in this and that’s just blowing low actually, it just stops you from getting launched

Atleast with this you can use combo breaker to get out, unlike the actual exploit in sf6 that would always tech throws for you so you can just never get thrown

Scorpion is great.. but the key is being able to open someone up with his starters.. he has no over head or low starters for any of these launchers.. so thats the catch.. yes big damage if u can get one started against a good player.. but good luck.. u gotta play mind games
was juss sayin dis too!! luckily tho has has moves to get the opponent frustrated into returning with something unsafe...in which can lead to kombos like such^ like scorpions (im on ps) back 3 or his 1,2,2
yeah, that's why you need a kameo that has 50/50 options (like Stryker) or someone you can do who has a low for his overhead string (Frost)... once you have that, Scorpion is easily A-tier, maybe S-tier in the right hands but that's too early to say

That's what we call a "reset". Your opponent basically has to be wary of the situation and burn breaker to get you off.
Yeah, but usually you can also armor out of resets, you can’t yet cause armor doesn’t start frame 1 (big yet) haha

I haven't watched the video yet but hearing a 98% Health combo that needs to be fixed I feel like after you do like 10 hits no more Health should be taken off it should just be more for looks than anything else because honestly it's not fair once you start a combo that you can't break out of or do anything you're already dead
You realise that some move do more "hits" because of the animations right? Exemple kung lao.. What you just said is so stupid.

I've been playing Fighting games for years so I don't mind being juggle in a combo. I don't get mad because that's part of the game and often rather impressive when its new. Just yesterday I saw Af0xygrandpa do a combo with Shang that used 24 skulls.. lasted for about 20 seconds and that was mad impressive. If someone put time and effort in learning a combo or mixup, he should be rewarded. Just like in real life.. You are rewarded if you put time and effort.. The thing is, you have to be careful during neutrals and learn how to punish moves with your characters by studying the frame data. If your opponent manage to hit you and start his combo that's on you. There is a counter for everything. Sure there is broken stuff all the time but saying that a combo should stop doing damage after a number of hit isn't logical at all. @@Treevors30

Thru out my time on MK11 I just found it too frustrating to try to chain combos an all so I just gave up an never really played online. But this go round I'm learning the pop ups an combos an Im even getting to where I can pop them up an I can jump up an hit em with 3 or 4 hits because my goal is to definitely get good to be able to hang online. But even still some combos strings I can do because wen it leads into a special I somehow keep messing it up idk
Look at combo tutorials and practice practice practice man but you need to kno what your best punishing string is frame data and a few other things besides just combos. It is important to maximize your damage every opportunity you get but there are other things. Good luck man!
