Im not gonna say the order but we got Bowser (Super mario movie), The Joker (The Lego Batman Movie), Velvet and Veneer (Trolls 3 Trolls Band Together), Dr Doofenshmirtz (Phineas and Ferb Across the 2nd dimension), Drakken and Shego (The Kim Possible Movie So The Drama), Moriarty (Sherlock Gnomes), PAL (Mitchells vs the Machines), Thrax (Osmosis Jones) and Turbo (Wreck it Ralph) What crimes have they comitted? On technicality, doofenschmirtz should have 3 additional death sentences.
1. His reign only extends far as the tri-state area, and seeing as he rules as a dictator with flags, anthems, and just overall as a national leader, he would be committing treason against the United States
2. He also invades the alternate Tri-State area. As invasion is a declaration of war against the United States, he is violating UN law by waging war without proper cause
3. In his declared war, he is targeting civilians, which is a war crime/crime against humanity
