If you chose haos and never upgraded your gate and ability cards it’s amlost a guarantee you will lose on the final battle, I never completed the ds version because of that

@@Benny8a ok you might be right on most there, except for the fact that winning against the AI in a scratch battle is harder than anything else.
I played the DS version with Haos Leonidas. It took me four hours as a kid.
@@SsybaabysS I played the DS version with Haos once, I beat him on my first try. I find the DS version easier than the console version.
It could have taken me that long because I played the game at night, and went from the Pyrus tournament till the end of the game I think. I was hooked on the game and didn't want to sleep.

I beat it last night in three tries. Here's the trick
1. Miss on purpose on the first card so that he won't take your G power with his special shot
2. Use cards that not only give you an advantage, but put Vladitor at a disadvantage
3. Use the arena to your advantage. Getting gems is easy because Vladitor rarely uses the spring pads.
Life hack: Be a darkus main and don't use Leonidas on the Haos arena.

I have played this game on Wii for ages and I still haven’t won on the final final battle so annoying
Tip: for a slight advantage, miss on the first turn. You won't be able to sphere attack him, but he won't steal your G-power

I'm no pro, and I am determined to win with Haos, So this helped
You can't sphere attack Battle-Ax Vladitor at all. He constantly has Darkus Phantom active during the battle. You just phase through him and lose G-Power as a result
I've defeated him this way in the first time (sorry by my english, my language it's portuguese)
This is what I always do regardless what attribute I used.
I will never forget all the frustrations, this stage put me through. I remember yelling and screaming at my screen, even in some cases, bury my face in my pillow and screaming as loudly as I could. Ultimately, I turned off the game, and I didn't touch it for maybe a half or a full year. When I reached the final stage, I took very deep breaths, and prepared myself for the worst. But, just out of my own luck, I finally beat Marduk. A perfect 3-scored victory. I had never felt so proud in my life before. I ran down the stairs to tell my stepmom about it, and she noticed how proud and happy I was, so, of course, she congratulated me. Nowadays, I ace through the final stage like a boss. No matter which attribute I am. Great memories!

I fought Marduk with Darkus, so to me it felt more like a batttle of equals
For me I used Haos Omega Leonidas
For me, I unfortunately had to give up my warius partner challenge

Lol first time I played I used Haos, this fight took forever.
My first to battles came down to turn of fortune, I got under 100 on the first and about 150 on the second.
Highest I’ve ever got was about 350
I feel bad for you. I did too. But when I saw that there was Darkus, sense I never seen the anime, and only found the series through this game, I IMMEDIATELY switched to Darkus.

Fun fact: In French version of the game, Battle Axe Vladitor is actually called Alpha Vladitor, you can say it's less cooler in name but you absolutely can't deny it's well more thought in terms of meaning and irony of the situation, it gives Alpha Vladitor vs Omega Leonidas, Alpha vs Omega, the begining and the end, which is ironicaly and genuisly used there since Vladitor isn't the begining of all things but the end while Omega Leonidas is not the end but the begining of a new hope. Just for that, I like the French name more and make this fight with this ost so much powerful

Tip: NEVER stand in the first throw, ALWAYS wait until Marduk does his throw. Then collect all the Gpower you can. Darkus Phantom is a devastating move.

I use Darkus, so sometimes I used Darkus Phantom on HIM instead. Again, it's a devastating move, even more so than Pyrus Strike, because Pyrus Strike isn't always a KO.
@@ScourgeIsBestVillain Pyrus Strike will enact a critical KO on contact with the bakugan. The only issue from there, is actually trying to hit it.

This is, by far, one of the most brilliant final boss themes out there! I grew up with Bakugan, so this videogame goes back a long way for me! Also, I think it's in 12/8 time. That's just my musical mind talking. :)

One of the most exciting battle themes I've heard!
According to the promotional artwork, it is supposed that if this game could be taken canonically in an alternate version of the series, Leonidas would have been a bakugan of the Haos attribute.
That would have signified that meanwhile the Haos tournament would have been a walk in the park for him, then the final showdown in the Doom Dimension would have been a nightmare.
Nevertheless, that didn't happened to me, since I was a Darkus user, so it happened in the contrary form.

I always did Aquos Leonidas.
Darkus Leo is my favourite, as his symmetry with Vladitor being born from the Doom Dimension fits, alongside the suspicion given by the main crew since he's Darkus.
I did Pyrus and Darkus playthroughs which had me prefer Darkus because if thats the case it makes sense for Leonidas to be Darkus as the Alice reveal never happened yet at all meaning the Brawlers would've been fully formed with all 6 attributes even fits the lore with the brawlers not trusting you as Leonidas loves fighting too much at the time
@@amberhernandez Which enhances how Vladitor is a foil to Leonidas: Both come from the Dark Dimension, are bitter and hateful due to the circumstances that led them there. Both are also ruthless in battle, showing no mercy towards their enemies and also have a sense of honor. Vladitor looks like a knight, but is actually a brutal and ruthless conqueror, Leonidas looks like a dragon, but is actually a noble and honorable warrior. Vladitor is what Leonidas could have been if he allowed his feelings of pain and hatred turn into brutal desires of conquest.
Someone needs to bring Bakugan back to life... Maaaaan, this serie was really something, not to mention the game. I wanna those years back :(

Dude even if you know the trick to just miss on the first turn, vladitor is an absolute UNIT of a final boss
Not really.I defeated him with ease on xbox 360 with darkus omega leonidas.Miss first throw then gain as many g-s as possible.ALWAYS start with the gatecard that reduces half of the printed g-power to the bakugan who lands first(Battle Ax Vladitor) and then both you and Marduk use all abilities to have as much advantage as possible in the first battle(ITS VERY important to have as many g-s as possible especially if its a power/shaking battle or shooting battle if u have both Darkus bakugan).Then u either land or let him stay on his next gatecard(its a 33.3% chance that he uses his character card on his first turn)

If you plan to use the hydranoid statue before landing, instead, try landing on the boost panel on the opposite side of the stage and roll along the *other* statue, as well.
Might trigger Marduk to use all his abilities in the battle, but it means he’ll have nothing else to fight you with 👀

Man, this game was one of the first wii games I ever played (I gotten this game and Animal Crossing City Folk from my older cousin since she had no use for them since she was going to college when she gave me her old wii and some of her games) and once I gotten to the final fight I legit had a tough time (if I can recall, I think my very first play through I was either a Ventus or a Subterra user) and it took me a solid week to beat the final boss.
A very fun game. Be warned those who play it on the Wii. This game could wear you out.

Anyone else ever try to increase g power to crazy numbers to see if other bakugan would evolve?
this game is easy and i’ve beat it so many times, you really don’t need to use other attributes for an advantage either, and the game i find still to be really fun, and the music for the final battle and the battle in haos agaisnt marduk was also really good
Who else played through with Pyrus and beat him fairly easily? The ds version was way easier than the Wii Version though, but the ds version makes up for it by making unlocking Battle Ax Vladitor living hell. I did manage to do it though. My setup was Pyrus Omega Leonidas, Preyas 2, and Blade Tigrera all max level. Throw Preyas first and collect the attribute crystal from the opposite side of the field which should fill your shot gauge, then stand on Preyas 2's gate card, picking up as many g power boosts as you can. Then make sure Vladitor lands on Marduk's gate card, and hit him with the Pyrus special shot to win the gate card without battling. If he starts a battle with Preyas using his Reaper, even without boosts from field pickups, Preyas will have 1130 gs, which will safely let you activate Prevention to auto win since there's no way for Marduk to close the power gap. Then, use the Stand your Ground gate card to regain Prevention. You can also try and collect the ability card from the top of the trampolines. It has a fair chance of being Another Throw, which will let you do a double stand, winning you the game. Even if it's not, if you pick the trampoline closest to you to grab the ability card, the attribute crystal should raise Tigrera's power level high enough to win using Prevention, but it wouldn't hurt to grab the g power boosts that are on the ground just to be safe. Technically, you can use any Pyrus bakugan in the battle as long as you can use its special shot.
Dude, the fact that you took the time to write out step by step what you found to be the best way to do it speaks volumes. And you're right, the DS version makes it ridiculously hard to unlock Battle Ax Vladitor. I've known people who had the ds version for years and never unlocked him, including me.
You know if you beat him as a has on the console versions you will have a higher win rate than any other attribute path. You would rack up the ability to prepare a failsafe and predict and plan.

I did a Haos playthrough the other day on PS2 to relive some memories. I had fun up until this fight. He shredded me for 4 hours straight until I got a lucky game and 3-0'd him. Yes, I did go for the strat where I chuck Leonidas as far off the stage as hard as I can. I did start the game normally though, as I had a gate card that gave me a 100-G boost if I land first.
Save your best ability card for last, if you just want the battle to be more climactic.

Ha! I feel you. But the thing is, thanks to my edginess and my love for DARK BLACK, I stopped and used Darkus instead. Being Goth actually saved me from pain.

I find the Console version harder due to the fact that Marduk always does the Darkus special throw. It's especially hard with Haos Omega Leonidas.

To be fair though, you don't get any of Leonidas's cards at reasonable points at all in the DS Version. Regular Leonidas's cards aren't available until the Final Cup, while Omega Leo's are Locked to Post game.
