how do u break "the shield" without fouling?

You’d need a teammate to get the ball from the guy who is shielding the ball. Or you can just leave the guy, then he won’t do the shield anymore and try to tackle him.
Usually, I call for a teammate to get the ball from the opponent who is shielding. It’s better but also make sure that the opponent’s teammate attackers are marked by your teammates otherwise the shielding guy will make a simple move and pass to his teammate
