- THE NEW HIKMICRO THUNDER ZOOM
This is just an introduction to the new thermal scope from HikMicro, this just brings you my first thoughts on this rail mounted scope. A full review and unbiased comparison video will be coming soon, so hit that notification bell, for the head to head contest, of who should wear the crown of King of the Thermals.
SINCE MAKING THIS VIDEO TODAY…
I’ve updated the firmware on the scope and the zoom has increased from 8X to 24X .
Firmware updates aren’t always to fix faults, but to make improvements 👍 - Sport
A very good presentation old bean, can't wait for the next one 🤓
Thermal Sheep video, can’t be
Baaaaaad 😁😁
Like that quick mount 👍 no limits to your talent well done David
Yes it’s a big improvement on the Mk1 version.
I had to put a folded piece of tape under the front bolt, to give me a bit of lift, and pull it to the left to get the zero as close to zero on both X and Y. But my mate can always make these rails adjustable if folks have serious problems
@@predatorprotectionuk yeah remember you had one made that move to help with reticle alignment do anything if we have to don't we
@petetheratman yes mate, it’s a simple fix if done right 👍
That new mount looks so much better Dave, I will look forward to the comparison video. And what does the rest of your team shirt say 🤔
Looking forward to it mate 👍👍
Thanks Richard, I think it’ll be Sheep as Stars of the show 😁🎬
That looks a nice bit of kit, do very much like the idea of an optical zoom, bought too many toys recently to be going for a thermal scope for a while.... Look forward to comparison video though !! 👍
It’s out now chap 👍
@@predatorprotectionuk I'll check it out, cheers.
Incorporating a QR mount is well over due...
I bet that battery pack is full of 18650...the pulsar one is.
A good option for scanning by hand and then attaching to scope...it seems..
Succinct info presented..well done
I do yearn for lrf and ballistics on a scope....for foxing ...
You don’t need one Sam, you have got it sorted from what I’ve seen 🫵👊
@@predatorprotectionuk getting out over 250...def over 280 starts to get a bit hairy... especially if they're on the move...
Confidence slowly growing.
Nice setups.
Not al mine I’d like to add though 👍
@@predatorprotectionuk be nice to have them all wouldn’t it.
@eoinwestman6222 nice to have a choice matey, yes indeed
Please help me my husband loves air rifles but wants a spring not gas what’s best 22 please
Hello Rebecca,
There’s some fantastic spring powered air rifles available, and they are just as accurate in the right hands.
I would look at either of these,
Air Arms TX200.
They come with a shorter barrel that a silencer can be fitted to, or the standard length barrel.
There’s also a Pro Sport version too, to choose from.
The other classic is the
Weihrauch HW97.
I’ve got the air arms TX200, and my mate , Keith has the HW97, so we’ve both experienced them in a hunting scenario without any problems.
I hope this helps, email me if you need anything else 👍
What does your Tshirt say pard?
If guns kill people
Does that mean spoons make people fat
Pencils miss spell words
And
Cars drive themselves drunk
Brilliant, I must get one 😅
@KernowPestControl have a look at it next week matey
Its this the same company as agm?
I don’t think Hik are connected with any other companies if that’s what you mean?
If not, please tell me and I’ll try to help
Yes agm is rebranded hik
