I love how simple yet delicious your recepies are. And I love the Mediterranean aspect and the emphasis on foods that make you feel good! That is the best part. 😊 Thank you for sharing. I think I'm going to start making one of your recipies each week. 😊❤
Wash and trim your meat . That’s what gets rid of the slime and extra blood from sitting in the pack . I don’t recommend slapping meat from the pack to the pan ❤ . The dish looks yum👌🏾
Hey everyone in the comments that keeps asking her to wash the chicken with water: Running the chicken under tap water will never remove any bacteria or cleanse it in any way. It may make it "feel"less slimy but the bacteria is still there til you cook it to an internal temp of at least 165°. Also, tap water will only add more chemicals to your chicken. Its not necessary. Only preference. Just thought I'd clear this up.
Don’t you rinse your Chicken off?? I rinse it & cut off All the “nasties!!” I’m Very “Picky” regarding cleaning Chicken!! Nothing is Sanitary in the Butchers Closet!! 🫨🫨🙏🙏 However.. Your Recipe looks “Simple & Good!” 👍👍🤗🙏🙏🙏🙌🙌👏👏
I get what you're saying, but water does not sanitize anything. If there is bacteria on the chicken, water won't remove it. Only cooking it to internal temperature of 165° minimum will kill any bacteria. Also, if you rinse with tap water, you are actually introducing more chemicals to the chicken. Common misconception

I remove the slime after bathing it in vinegar or lime juice. Recipes look delicious, I'll have to try this one!
Thank you!! Let me know what you think!
Chicken shouldn't be slimy? It should be moist but slime usually means there's bacteria.
