I love seeing what tools other guys use and how they set their kits up! 👍🏻

Nice video, Its nice to know what other Techs in the trade carry in their pack, It tells what the problem they encounter on the job if you don't have the correct tool for the job. The only thing that America hasn't caught with the rest of the world is the Metric system. Your tools are all in inches instead of mm.

unfortunately most of our equipment uses SAE fasteners so we're kind of stuck with it lol.

Just got a TP-Xl. It works well for me, having shoulder injuries from sports and firefighting. Have an MB 2 as well, for Fieldpiece probes.

I personally own the xl. I love it, filled with tool's it is just to heavy for my routine service. Will grab a mct for my day too day also. Uei meter does what you need it too no? it doesn't matter what the fanboys say. I appreciate not questioning my equipment but at some point we have too be reasonable. They know what features we need and act accordingly.

I’ve been eyeing the mct for a smaller bag. I bought the mb2 and love it like you said you just kinda outgrow it or wish you had something else in it instead of going back to the truck.

Just to give you some input, instead of having the ball valve hoses you can go with the CPS 45 ball valves, connect your T's to them, then the testos and you'll reduce some weight that way.
I have the multi stubby as well. I almost broke down the other day thinking I lost it lol I would have to order it from the states. Definitely a must have tool.
Regarding your last statement on tools, I'm curious in finding out new tools that make your life easier. Different accessories that one can find from CPS, JB, or whatever tools out there that would shine on certain occasions. Blessings, good stuff !

knipex plier wrenches were a game changer for me. Also, there's a brand here called "Husky" and they make a couple of combination ratchet wrenches that cover 8 different sizes in SAE, not sure if they make a metric version or not but they save a ton of weight. Couple ideas for ya there lol.

@@Fryloc87HVAC Thanks man. I got a set of klein combination ratchet wrenches that are useful as well. Might be the same as the huskys. The klein stubby helps out alot, I was wondering why he doesn't have a 9 in 1 in his bag but he has a different setup that makes sense. I carry a strong telescoping magnet just in case you drop those damn screws through the catwalk onto the floor or maybe a tool dropped somewhere. It's helped me out a bunch. Those CPS Tee's are useful as well when you can't quite put your gauge on a service valve because somethings blocking it. I bought an oil tap tool similar to the JB A33600 to remove oil from semi-hermetics but I'm iffy about it, kind of a waste of nitrogen and there's always a fair amount of leftover oil. Idk, there's alot of things out there in the marketplace, just trying to see what works best. Btw the E-110 for actuators or any brass valve is golden. Knipex makes something similar but since I don't own one can't say much about it. 👍🏻

Yes please talk about business decisions I am also a small business owner and I think some sort of mechanical theme on your truck would be a good decision. It gives you an opportunity to paint a picture of what your company represents. Definitely I’d even go as far as putting a CZcams plug on it. Thing is you are a professional interested in your career not a flashy salesman. The wrap is presentation no different from a clean truck and uniform.
