@@Sachin-ln3lo Apprehension is reasonable. UP used to be extremely revenue deficit until recently. Surprisingly, UP is a revenue surplus state now. Industry needs cheap land, electricity and transport, seaport access and incentives beside better law and order. Industrialized states in India have a definite advantage. However, UP seems to be improving in all most all parameters. Land prices remain high though.
