Love the packing vides, certainly having an effect, I find myself taping boxes the same way you do now.
I love the packing videos. I get a lot of good ideas. Thank you for doing them. I do have a question. Would it be possible for you to make the pictures in the picture larger. In ALL your videos. For me, they are very hard to see what the item is. I will still watch but it would help so much. Thanks again for all you and Candace do.
Lonnie, every time I hear you peel off a "two foot" section of tape... I literally see cash register digits turning in my head! lol
As a reseller who does this just small scale as a hobby, it is alway interesting to see you pack. I am from Europe and you "overpack" a lot of things by our standards . We have quite a price difference (without going into too much detail) for things that fit in poly bags and envelopes (around 2 dollars) and parcels (starting 4, but often around 8 dollars). So for me, it's always amazing what size boxes you use and how much stuffing goes into them. But well, shipping nationally is something else here. My country is the size of Montana, the USA has completely different conditions.

I accidentally bought 12x8x6 boxes and now I've never been happier. Those extra 2 inches make a huge difference for options. (If you trim the end off a USPS shoe box they'll double box perfectly.)

I enjoy your shipping videos. Uline carries white fold up boxes like the ones you have. They are called Indestructo mailers. Heavy duty passing 200 lb test. Reasonable price.

I bought a plastic lazy susan with a silicone pad on the top to put my paper roll on. It keeps it from “walking “ away and knocking everything off my table when I’m pulling paper out. I’m loving it right now, using the 18” roll. I did pull way more paper by accident at first since it was unrolling so easily.
ebay shipping supplies have a 12x10x8 that is pretty good. I used my coupon to try them out and I am pretty happy with that size.

Hey Lonnie, do you know what I just did, I got something from Amazon but I had to send it back because it did not work so I had to build a box just like you do but the only tool I had was the blade knife and scissors but I did do it just like you showed, I did not have paper like you but I had to use a brown paper bag to pack in the box to protect the item, anyways with ideas you gave it was amazing and also I only had the 2 inch tape!!!lol ThankYOu
Watching with the aid of grapes n cheese; I just noticed that tape dispensers really can help settle the " how to properly hang your toilet paper" debate. That's more theory than packing so i won't officially comment until normal business hours. Thanks

I use 4 sizes of boxes must of the time but I get into resizing too. Thinking of buy 3 or 4 other sizes, only 1 box of each and see which ones I use the most. Always enjoy your videos, Randy.

Last packing video I warched you were using a combination of 2 and 3 inch tape. Did you finish your supply of 2 inch tape or did it get to be too much to keep both tapes running?

Love the packing videos... I always learn something or an option for some resizing. For the most part I am left with thinking wowzer... excellent packing but, man he spends way too much on supplies and what is necessary. You're over and above wastes too much money and time for me for sure but if you enjoy it that is what matters.
Lonnie wondering if you guys have experienced any of the issues with items going to incorrect addresses due to eBay address glitch

I have to ask did you have issues with things you packed and shipped in the beginning? Because my packing standards are Way different and I have never had a problem! Your costing your self so much money! Your packiing a Game Manuel in a box? That is a little ridiculous don't you think? What is so wrong with just using a bubble mailer for it!! I also want to ask why such big boxes for stuff that can go in smaller boxes? You cannot say you don't have the right size box for the item. Because I been watching you channel for quite so time now. Watched you pack something in a box that was way to big then pack another thing after and say why did he not pack that in the same size box? Like your just costing your self way to much!! Also don't get me started on the tape issue! I am not trying to be mean I really think you should start watching your packing videos. Then maybe you will see what I mean. 😊🤩
He packs the way he prefers and you pack the way you prefer. There isn't a right or wrong way and being critical of the way someone else does something isn't cool, I think Lonnie does a great job at packing and I like him would rather be safe than sorry. I'm sure his packing materials are taken into consideration when he does his listing. Let's uplift each other instead of tearing each other down.
If your putting cardboard around the manual for protection before putting it in the bubble mailer that's okay but if you're just dropping a $20 video game manaul in a bubble mailer I think it has a good chance of getting creased/damaged and people who pay good money for video game stuff want to receive it in good condition I appreciate the way he packs it shows the customer you care and appreciate their business
So you clearly ignore his explanation of why he packed the game manual in a box just so you could have something extra to complain about?
