  • You are essentially pairing all the opposite tiles and watching where the axes spawn. If they don't spawn on one side of the room, the opposite paired tile will be safe. Refer to circled tiles in the video.
    Note that two axes can spawn opposite of each other, rendering that pair of tiles unsafe for that phase.
    There are other methods that use less tiles and require tick perfect movements, but this is a more simple showcase using the marked tiles below.

    Can you show more of this but with covering all possible spawns? Where would you go if you're standing south and the axes spawn south west, south, and south east?
    In this video every solve for axe spawns were to go to a tile that was next to you, what if the spawn doesn't allow for that?

    • @OSRS-Rival-Red
      @OSRS-Rival-Red  Před rokem +3

      It may seem like this video has convenient spawns, but in reality there is only one spawn that requires you to move more than one tile, and that is the triple axe spawn opposite of where you are standing. In my case (standing SW), this would be triple axes North, Northeast, East. When you see this specific spawn, you run two marked tiles away by clicking on the marked tiles one at a time. This makes sure you don't sprint across the room and eat the axes in the center. You have more than enough time to get there, as it's a 2 tick correction and a 4 tick window to do it.
      In your scenario, if you're standing south and the axes spawn south west, south, and south east, you can run east or west. It is 2 ticks away and you shouldn't take damage on the rotation if you react instantly

    • @noobtablet101
      @noobtablet101 Před rokem

      @@OSRS-Rival-Red I'm not really understanding how running east or west is going to save you in that scenario, you'd just run right into the diagonal path of the south west or south east axe, whichever you chose to go towards? I'd post a picture but yt auto deletes links

    • @OSRS-Rival-Red
      @OSRS-Rival-Red  Před rokem +1

      @@noobtablet101 The axes spawn on tick 1, and move on tick 3. They are stationary for tick 1, and tick 2, which is exactly as much time as you need to get to a safe tile if you click on tick 1. Also, if they do all spawn behind you, you can click to the east or west tile directly to give yourself an extra tick of wiggle room due to the pathing not taking you into a dangerous corner.
      Rewatch the video and go frame by frame looking at the tick counter on my head.
      Take note of on what number tick the axes appear, and on what tick they move.
      When the axes move, take note of where the diagonal axes are on the first tick they move, if you click directly to east/west, your character will not path into the danger zone, giving you 1 extra tick of delayed reaction time

      @@OSRS-Rival-Red I'm trying this method now and I'm *really* not getting it. I find myself going back to the tile between the pillars and using the V tiles instead. Using these tiles he keeps spawning spikes on the marked tiles where I need to run to when he dashes. For example, if you're standing south west when he dashes, the X will cover the West marked tile.

    • @OSRS-Rival-Red

      @@noobtablet101 Hey if you like the V method thats perfectly fine. Anything that gets the kc is great. If the spikes spawn on the marked tile its fine, you just can path somewhere else in that general vicinity. The tiles are a guideline for efficient pathing throughout the quadrants, nothing more nothing less

    • @OSRS-Rival-Red

      Voidwaker start, otherwise claw at low hp. Scythe is just marginally better iirc, so it's not worth clawing on full def
