I've edited the score myself, so if you find any mistakes, please, write them down in the comments.
I don't have any information about the performers. Could anyone help me on that? It sounds like the Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir, but I don't know for sure...

I have the original score with me here, and I noticed that there is a discrepancy between this performance (and therefore the score edit) and the original score.
In measure 32 (on "-nud"), the score is written as A-C#-E-F# rather than the A# as is heard/written here.
Rob Workman Hi, Rob! Thanks for your observation! I don’t have the original score, so I tried to edit one based on fragments of the score, freely shared by Carus-Verlag, and this recording.
Thinking musically... I think a F# major works so much better than a F# minor... after a whole section of B major with explicit A#...? It occurs to me that it could be an editorial omission... but... maybe I’m wrong! In any case, probably the conductor of the Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir for that recording, Tõnu Kaljuste, had a very accurate version of Kreek’s manuscript, so if he decided to record it like that... it may suggest F#major+minor7th is the “right” chord for that phrase.
Thank you very much for your comments! Notice that there is also a mistake (totally mine!) in bar 38 of my score on the soprano part, I wrote A when it is a B, in octaves with the basses!

In M. 38, 1st note of 3rd beat in soprano: sounds like B natural, like bass...
